Photo 1 - Palm Springs, California Villa Rental Situated in a luxury resort on 25 acres of mature, tropical, landscaped grounds with palm trees and fountains. There are eight pools and nine spas, five tennis courts. The villa has two main bedrooms, one king and one queen plus a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed. The master has en suite bathroom. All luxuriously newly furnished, extensive china, cutlery, and glassware, four TVs, VCRs, DVD, stereo, washer, dryer, and two-car garage. Walk out the door to the patio with barbecue and dining table for eight people. You are steps from the nearest pool. You are right next to a massive cantera stone fountain. The villa is approximately 1400 square feet. Bicycles, tennis racquets, pool toys, and board games are included. Knotts Surf City Waterpark is a few minutes away, as is downtown Palm Springs with its bustling shops and restaurants. Golf courses are a few minutes away. This was our second home and is decorated to a very high standard. This is not a typical rental.
