Beautiful Thanksgiving week stay
This home was exactly as shown and described. The kitchen had all the pans, dishes and utensils needed for cooking big dinners and simple baking. The home has plenty of space and comfortable seating for family to hang out and watch Thanksgiving day football, set puzzles, play games. The beautiful mountain view can be enjoyed from almost every room and the beauty changes throughout the day from sunrise to set. The only complaint we have is the twin bed mattresses are very uncomfortable. Like sleeping in a bowl. There were couches to sleep on instead.

Freddy Kruger House
Don’t let the photos fool you. This home is a disastrous pitch black mess. The only thing this house has going for it are the views. If you come in at night it’s pitch black. They use the same contractor box with the same code over and over so I slept with knives. There were bugs everywhere including the tub. The flooring is filthy. The oven hasn’t been cleaned since they built the place. The window coverings are broken and don’t work so your views are blocked. The owner is non responsive and pretty rude when she does decide to answer. There is also a camera inside the house. I will also warn the garage is a cluttered mess. The house is a cluttered dirty mess. I counted 20 spiders and webs hanging from the ceiling yet the owner says it’s clean. There are a ton of stairs that switchback. It’s a lot of work that’s not worth it. I stayed for less than 10 hours in this awful house. Save your time and money and rent a cabin that shows pride of ownership because this house is a dud!

This beautiful mountain home was built by our father. He unfortunately passed away, and left it to his children. We use it as a family gathering place to reconnect. Renting our home on VRBO permits others to use this magical place, and allows us to keep it in the family.
