Our spacious and carefully appointed one-bedroom condo offers a thoroughly relaxing getaway with a spectacular panoramic view of Las Hadas Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The Riviera Mar property is immaculately maintained, very safe, enjoys a private swimming pool, a full-time, bilingual manager, and a full complement of cleaning and gardening staff.
Our unit is in the upper of 3 levels at the Rivieramar complex - 1 flight up from the street/parking level. This affords us an unparalleled view of the bay but guests with mobility issues should know that there are several flights of stairs to access the beach (and no elevators).
Take a stroll down to the private (and vendor-free) beach or pool to swim, sunbathe, nap, or just read a good book by day. In the evenings, admire the spectacular Pacific sunsets and the glimmering lights of the Las Hadas resort, resembling a scene from a Thousand and One Nights across the bay.
Virtually anything one could want is available within a short distance of the condominium. Less than a 15-minute walk along the golf course or a short bus or taxi ride is the Plaza Manzanillo, a modern shopping centre with a number of boutiques as well as a large, modern supermarket offering virtually any food item one desires. Restaurant options from very casual to very high end are accessible by foot at the neighbouring Dolphin Cove Inn, Las Hadas Resort and along the Las Hadas marina and many other exceptional dining experiences are available within a short drive of the until.

- Three Public-accessible Championship Golf Courses are located within the area, two of which are on Golf Digest's ten best courses in Mexico - La Mantarraya wraps around the property and its Clubhouse is Walk from the Condominium as are tennis courts available by the hour. Deep-sea Fishing Charters and sunset cruises are available from the Las Hadas Marina, which is a five-minute walk from the Condo. Volcanic Rock Beds right in front of Riviera Mar and throughout the Nearby Beaches provide Tremendous Snorkeling Opportunities (daily snorkling trips also available from Las Hadas). Sea Kayaking, Tennis and Horseback Riding Facilities are all available nearby. Day passes for individuals or families are available for the adjacent all inclusive Karmina Palace resort a short walk away. All optional day excursions organized for guests at the Karmina Palace or Las Hadas are accessible to our guests (turtle sanctuary, ATV tour, Colima sightseeing, etc.)

We have spent again 4 wonderful weeks here enjoying the beautiful and comfortable condo. The breakfasts on the balcony and the beautiful sunsets over Las Hadas are wonderful. We love watching the sailboats and yachts come and go. Swimming is just super. We even saw a great performance of the Russian state ballet. Manzanillo proudly shows culture! Too bad 4 weeks are so short! As always, a great, bit “thank you”. We hope to come back next year.

This was our first time in Manzanillo. Simply wonderful. The view is spectacular, the weather unbelievable, the people so friendly and helpful and the condo is excellently decorated and situated. We enjoyed our days on the balcony and our many outings. The beaches of Santiago and Las Brisas were divine. One can truly relax and rejuvenate. We hope to come back next year.

Since 1992 we have been here every year (after seeing places throughout Mexico) and truly enjoyed every time. It’s so relaxing and the swimming is great, the condo comfortable and so central. Enjoyed the long beach walks to La Boquita and Playa Azul. And it’s so easy to book a tour at the (neighbouring) Karmina Palace. Every year we discover new beautiful and interesting areas. Time is always running out too soon. Thank you so much.

Fabulous vacation! The condo is so well equipped and appointed! The décor is very beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our second trip to Manzanillo, the first 10 years ago. Condo was great and very well equipped! Enjoyed the terrace and the ocean. Morning walks around Santiago Peninsula were memorable and we feel it as much of it is hilly – but worth it! As I write I am waiting on an offer to purchase a condo nearby!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. On the way down to Manzanillo we spent time in Bucerias, Mazatlan and La Manzanillo. Your condo was definitely the highlight – it is very comfortable and features a great balcony area – providing a spectacular view of Las Hadas area and the Pacific beyond. Good memories!

This was our first visit to Manzanillo. After many trips north to Puerto Vallarta we found this a very relaxing place where time really slows down. This was a great place to stay and we look forward to it again. You can’t beat the view! The balcony was certainly our centre of the universe for the eleven days we were here.
