This is a very clean comfortable home with everything you need to function in every day life. For a 2 bedroom house it was spacious and accommodating in every way. Quite neighborhood and a great location between Prescott and and Prescott Valley. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to or friends. We feel fortunate to have found a "home away from home" as nice and accomodating as this lovely place in Yavapai Hills, Prescott, Arizona. We had planned a vacation to this area to visit relatives but never expected to find a home this perfect. The location makes it perfect for sightseeing ventures in the north central Arizona area. The hill side location with the private patio is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife that frequents the backyard, especially the birds and the deer. It was truly a wonderful experience to have found this home. It made our vacation just that much better. You will not find a more pleasant landlord that owners of this property. They were a delight to do business with. We will be looking to rent this property again on our next venture to Arizona.

Al and I really enjoyed our summer (mid-June thru' mid-Sept,2005)in this charming house. It really became "home" for us. We especially loved the patio and the privacy it provided, and the great room in back which is all windows and provides a wonderful view of the forest. The kitchen is very workable too,with later model appliances. A spacious utility room is another plus as well as a comfy office,again with windows to the forest in the back. The house is in a lovely as well as conveniently located neighborhood. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Mike and I stayed in this lovely home from Jun thru Sep of 2004. It really did fill like home and not just a place to lay our heads. We had a large dog that truly enjoyed the outdoors and all the great places to walk. We had friends over to enjoy the back patio with BBQ's or just enjoy the stars at night. This is truly a great place to live and enjoy all the activities that go with Yavapai residents and Prescott activities. Please call us if you have any concerns or questions. We highly recommend renting this home. Everything from pots and pans to linen are in great condition and available for your use. And, the landlords are wonderful people to do business with.
