Sunset Beach has its own unique vibe: an old-fashioned beach town you don't find much in Florida anymore.
Our beach house is only steps to beach or bay, a 2-minute walk along a dead-end road at the southern tip of Treasure Island. Living is easy in this low-slung Florida ranch house, with tile floors and rugs throughout. The full kitchen has a cooking peninsula with stools and a sit-down eating area. The living room is spacious and comfy with sofa, love seat, ottoman, and chairs.
A King bed is in one bedroom, twins in the other. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath with a sunny skylight. Outside is your own private sundeck. Two carports and a bricked front sun-porch are ringed with palms, tropical flowers, and banana trees.
Two blocks away is popular Caddy's restaurant with beach-side lounge chairs and yummy grouper sandwiches, fries. Next door is one of the few old Florida beach bars still around, the thatched Ka'tiki. Many more shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
