The private pool is a great place to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine and cool off after a day frolicking at the beach, shopping, golfing, fishing or boating. The large upper and lower covered porches offer a view of the Gulf, a place to enjoy cool sea breezes, and an all weather ability to enjoy a family or intimate cook out on the gas grill.

The large landscaped yard is a great place to stage family activities. Beaches are just a short walk away via the nearby boardwalk.
