My husband and I spent January 2012 and part of February 2012 in Dan and Linda's "slice of heaven" on Kiawah Island. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located---who could ask for more!!

Terrific house, clean and very well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had 4 adults and 6 children nobody felt cramped. Beautiful dining Room, excellent kitchen and new laundry machines are just some of the pluses. 10 min ride via bikes to tremendous beach. Have dinner out on the deck before sundown and take a long look at the views of the golf course. We loved this house so much it is our second visit to it.

My family recently rented this home for a week-long June vacation. We had four adults and six children, ranging in ages from 7 to 18, in our group. We are frequent visitors to Kiawah/Seabrook Island, SC. We found the home to be even more beautiful, comfortable and well-situated than was described on VRBO. You will be thrilled with this home. Just one walk through the home and you realize that the owners have thought of absolutely everything. The appointments and decorating are first-rate. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Less than five minutes after we walked through the door for the first time, the owner called to check and make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We were happy to report that the home was spotless and that we had made the right choice. Book with confidence!

We spent the Christmas week at this beautiful home. Every you could possible need was there, from the well appointed Kitchen to the large and comfortable bedrooms. The home is very conducive to family gatherings around the kitchen and family room, both of which look out to the second green of Osprey Point. That was tremendous fun to watch the golfers and enjoy the view. The home has a great location on a quiet street, but close to the bike path for easy acces to anywhere on the Island and the beach. We will definetely stay at this home again.

Your house was very accommodating and comfortable. A TV in each of our 3 used bedrooms made a nice escape when someone wanted it. The kitchen was delightful to cook in. We prepared every meal there, and enjoyed grilling immensely. There was room for all. The Screened Porch provided an opportunity to be outdoors without the bugs; as well as a card game haven. My husband loved the grill, and the ability to work with the Infra-Red. The beach and weather was delightful, and we rented an umbrella and chairs in order to read and relax in the shade. You have a lovely home, and we so enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing it with us. People should know that you are very accessible and helpful to renters. You make us feel that we are renting from family, with your assistance and concern for us. Thank you, Dan.

Dan, We were VERY pleased with our stay at your home and can find nothing but praise for your maintenance and hospitality all the way around! My wife and I celebrated 40 years of marriage that week while there and our two daughters with their husband and a friend had a wonderful time. Your home is beautiful and we had terrific time staying there. Just a quick observation. We've rented houses on Hilton Head Island for the past few years and we always find that the essentials are always lacking (plates, pots, pans, silverware, knives). We love to cook and although we were only 4 adults - we were wanting for nothing at your home.Your location is perfect. I was also impressed by the island and what a relaxing atmosphere it is.

We want to tell you that we had a great week. Your house is really nice and coozy. Over the years we rent many houses and I can tell you that yours is #1 with the one we rent in Scottsdale 2 years ago. The first day I felt like home in those 2 houses which didn’t happen in the others ones.

Dan, Your home on Kiawah is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect spot for our family (6 adults and 4 children) to gather and enjoy time together. The home is immaculate and very warm and welcoming. There was plenty of room to gather together - and enough rooms to head off on your own for privacy. We plan to come again!

Back for 10 days and feels like I never left! We enjoyed the house--plenty of space and all the comforts of home. We found the kitchen supplies a bit sparse, but we cook in a lot when we're on vacation and the grill was great. Also enjoyed the upstairs balcony after all the kids left. We had drinks and read up there while the sun went down. We thought the house was a great place for a family getaway and we liked the location, especially for ease of getting to the beach club with the little ones. Hope we can do business again--soon! and Wow! am I jealous. I would love to build a little house on my lot, but can't figure out how in the world to afford two homes!
