This is a very nice privately owned condo with plenty of amenities, a great location, an awesome view of the lake, with room to accommodate up to four people. This unit has one master bedroom with a KING size bed, one full bath, a spacious living room, a completely furnished kitchen, and is very conveniently located to the boat docks. Enjoy the main channel view from your living room, master bedroom and private balcony. A great choice for a couple or a small family looking for a nice, economical way to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks! (Fireplace also available)
Bay Point is a wonderful condominium complex located at the tip of Horseshoe Bend by land and at the 10 mm by water. It has probably the most magnificant view of the main channel from their well-maintained heated swimming pool. There are docks available for your use to swim, fish or dock your boat. Boat slip rental is available. There is a covered pavilion with plenty of BBQ grills and picnic tables. The condo is located only minutes away from numerous activities and restaurants by car or by boat. We also have other condos for rent at Bay Point if you are needing more space. We have been coming to the Lake of the Ozarks for over 20 years. This was the perfect condo complex and location for us! Bay Point is a smaller complex with great people! Great view of the lake from condo and especially the pool. The property management for our condo is conveniently nearby, within walking distance, and available through out your stay.

We had a fantastic time in Lake of the Ozarks and this condo was the perfect 'home base' during our trip. It was a very efficient design, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. Everything we needed was right there. And Becky and Kevin were so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend them and the condo if you are looking for a place to stay in Ozark.
