Located in the Heart of the East Vail Valley, this townhome directly overlooks Gore Creek and is completely surrounded by mountains and tall evergreen trees. There is no need to drive once you arrive; the free town shuttle picks up directly behind our townhouse.
Within a short walk of hiking trails, waterfalls, and only five miles from the ski slopes. Cross country skiing rentals are available in the club. The Club just completed a three-million-dollar renovation and features a new health and fitness club, heated outdoor olympic-size pool and hot tub, as well as brand new restaurant (Alpine Tavern). The town of Vail is completing a billion dollar 'facelift' and is now an even more remarkable destination.
This is truly a magnificent atmosphere in either summer or winter. Recent $40k remodel. Both master bedrooms feature huge windows on two and four walls respectively. This home is not in a rental pool and is impeccably furnished for use primarily as our second home. Many of our guests return each year--this is a luxury destination in every sense.

Thank you so much for renting us your wonderful townhouse ! We really enjoyed it and had a great week of skiing and good times. The location and amenities were convenient and perfect for our family. The free bus that takes you to Vail Village is such a great thing for people's convenience and for minimizing traffic and parking congestion. We used the pool and hot tub almost every day and the family membership you arranged for us was very worthwhile...My daughter loved the little loft and we all felt nicely at home the whole week. Thanks again !

Thank you for viewing our charming townhome in Vail. East Vail has become the sought after location for both locals and visitors because of the beautiful mountain setting that only East Vail offers. We are very proud of this property...we have put tons of upgrades in it such as granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floor, etc. It is cozy yet has lots of space for accommodating families.
