Welcome to “The Central Loft”! Located in historic down town Hot Springs, this loft townhome is located near Central Avenue’s Bathhouse Row, and features an open floor plan that has undergone a major renovation, as well as a decor refresh in 2021!

Nestled directly in front of a mountain, “The Central Loft” features a Central Avenue view from the dining and living areas, a fully furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, Samsung TV, an oversized walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, Samsung TV, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. *There is also an air mattress for a 5th guest*

All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with linens, and the kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils needed for cooking. All TVs have cable programming.

“The Central Loft” is nestled right in the heart of the downtown Historic District of Hot Springs. We are conveniently located by many restaurants, boutiques, bars, bathhouses and places of entertainment. There is no need to drive anywhere when staying here - we are right by everything you could possibly need!
