Beautiful Broughton Street loft -- Perfect Location
This beautiful, Broughton Street loft might just be the best location in all of Savannah. The loft offers great views down Broughton Street and into the new Ellis Square in City Market. You will be just a few footsteps away from some of Savannah's very best restaurants including the world-famous Lady and Son's, Vinnie Van Go Goes, Garibaldi's, The Pink House, and the list goes on.
River Street is just two blocks away which offers beautiful views as you walk along the old cobblestone street while deciding which restaurant or bar to indulge yourself in. If you are into shopping you will enjoy the many shops and boutiques also within a short walking distance. There are also many art galleries in this area including the famous Telfair Museum and Mansion which can be seen out of one of our windows.
Parking is also free for 2 hours on Broughton Street if you are lucky enough to find a spot, but if not there are two parking garages very nearby. But the good news is that once you are here you will never have to get into your car because anything and everything is just a few footsteps away from this perfectly located loft.

Some of my frequent traveling buddies and I have had our blue eyes on Savannah for some time and were very lucky to find this great loft in the heart of this beautiful and beary historical city. This loft is more than roomy enough for a bear and all his companions. It’s absolutely beautiful inside with wood floors and exposed brick walls, high ceilings, large old windows, new furniture, and a kitchen full of modern conveniences.
This loft is a 3rd floor corner unit with great views in two directions. It sits on Broughton street - the main drag of a revitalized and very lively downtown Savannah. It’s within easy walking distance of famed River Street, The Savannah College of Art and Design, great shopping, and good restaurants.
Savannah is the first city of the 13th colony, founded in 1773 on an extensive system of 24 historical squares, each named after a person or event important to the history of Savannah. Monuments, statues, and sometimes graves are found in these squares, each a mini-park with open grassy areas, Spanish-moss laden trees, brick walkways, and plenty of park benches, all surrounded by incredibly architected homes, buildings, and churches.
Savannah is a city like no other, full of history and beautiful architecture, and only 20 minutes from wonderful Tybee Island and its great beaches.

This condo was the perfect host for our girls getaway. It is a wonderful, spacious, comfortable, & clean place to stay in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. Tripp was easy to work with and answered any question or concern we had right away. I hope to be able to stay here each & every time we visit lovely Savannah.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The loft was perfect, great location walking distance to everything: City Market, River Street, Forsyth Park, Jepson Center, many great bars and restaurants. Even the beach is close! Tybee Island was only a 20 minute drive. The loft has a very eclectic feel with exposed brick walls, original wood floors, and modern touches. But the best part was the very of the city! I will definitely stay to stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This is a very nice loft in a super location - walking distance to everything. It's got two very comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's a corner unit with huge windows looking out in two directions. It's really on on Broughton Street whcih is the main drag now in old Savannah. It's just a few blocks from the SCAD theater.
