Do not be fooled by the $99 specials, they add on cleaning fees and are often poorly furnished and are lower level units lacking views, we provide many amenities, we are comfortably furnished and enjoy excellent views. We do not have the a/c unit in the window like many others, instead we provide comfortable central air conditioning with separate controls for the living room and bedroom.
Our unique dual pane lanai slider door and windows shut out the occasional dust and any outside noise that might disturb your relaxation. Leather reclining chairs for him and her, 37" flat screen TV with true HD picture in the living room, 32" flat screen TV with true HD picture in the King Bed furnished bedroom.
Two fully stocked bathrooms with walk-in tile showers, remodeled kitchen with every utensil needed, even an electric wok and crock pot! Tile lanai featuring ocean and mountain views.
Cook nearly on the beach using our 3 built in barbeques then enjoy your meal on the provided tables and chairs, relax on the beachfront lawn in a variety of chairs and lounges, swim in the heated pool. Why the Owner Chose Nani Kai Hale
After attending several "wine & cheese" time share presentations for properties that were "near the beach" we discovered our "right on the beach" property with permanent owners and fell in love with the warm sharing and gatherings that occur daily around the beachfront barbeque area. With six miles of soft sand beach to stroll along with lawn & fresh water pool there is much to enjoy! The "Nani" experience is truely unique.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
With only 46 units our property enjoys a special "bonding" of guests & owners alike, some guests have been returning for 20 to 30 years because they feel "at home" when they gather around the lawn and barbeque area for the many spontaneous sharings of food and stories daily. The protected cove provides a safe water and beach environment that is a magnet for children of all ages, our central Maui location is the perfect jumping off spot!

My wife, Linda, and I have traveled the world, and continue to do so, the photo was taken near the entrance to Monet Gardens in France, just outside of Paris. We discovered our Maui Sugar Beach location on one of our travels and fell in love with the unique property, purchasing our unit sight unseen by internet & mail once we returned home. We continue to upgrade our island home and our efforts have resulted in a "Deluxe" rating and one of the highest booking calendars of the Nani Kai Hale! We know Maui!

DEC 6-13, 2011 THANK YOU DONALD & LINDA FOR A WONDERFUL WEEK IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO. IT HAS EVERYTHING ONE COULD USE FOR A VACATION. VERY MODERN AND UPDATED. Thanks again Donald and Linda allowing us again to use your wonderful condo at Nani Kai Hale. You cannot beat the location for a wonderful stay. We loved every minute and it's just great sitting back on the balcony sipping your favorite wine or the wonderful Kona coffee watching the sunset. You have so much the the condo and we love it. What is really appreciated is the quietness so you can just relax. This is our 3rd stay and wold not trade it for the world. We hope to come back again in the future and enjoy your beautiful condo.

Thank you Don and Linda for allowing us to use your home. It was everything you said it would be and highly recommend it to anyone. It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equiped with everything you could want or need. the view and sunset are fantastic. The Farmer's Market across the street made it easy to pick up veg each afternoon, that was great. Ryan the Manager keeps the ground clean and maintained. The pool and lawn and BBQ are very nicely maintained. The walks along the beach sometimes 2 and 3 times a day, were a highlight. Shopping is only minutes away in Kihei. Don and Linday made us feel like family advising us what to see. We miss the sound of the surf at nights. Our 18 days went by very fast, next time it will be 30 days. We only had a week and we wished it was a month!!! LOVED IT!! Everything was as described and beautiful. We will never stay in a hotel again. The view and the closeness to the beach was fantastic. The long walks on the beautiful beach was awesome! I liked that it was in the middle of Maui and so easy and quick getting around. CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!! THANK YOU DONALD AND LINDA!!
