Lawn Chair Dozing, Sand Castle Building, Freshwater Pool, Private Lanai, Whale Watching (in season) on propety, we are at the cross road for all of Maui. Golf, ocean activities, fine dinning, shopping and cultural sites are all 20 minutes away by car.

About the owner: My wife, Linda, and I have traveled the world, and continue to do so, the photo was taken near the entrance to Monet Gardens in France, just outside of Paris. We discovered our Maui Sugar Beach location on one of our travels and fell in love with the unique property, purchasing our unit sight unseen by internet & mail once we returned home. We continue to upgrade our island home and our efforts have resulted in a 'Deluxe' rating and one of the highest booking calendars of the Nani Kai Hale! We know Maui!
