20 Haul Away is located on the golf course and lagoon in the Mariners side of Palmetto Dunes. This vacation home is a five minute walk to the beach. There is a large deck with a view of the lagoon and a deck in front with a view of the18th tee of the Jones golf course. IT HAS WIRELESS INTERNET.
This home features two double beds in two bedrooms (4 double beds) and two twin beds in two rooms. (4 twin beds) . Total of 8 beds. All bedrooms are large with two beds in each room and a private bath. Pets are NOT allowed.
The great room has a dining table for eight, a game table, and large leather sectional sofa with TV and fireplace. The very large great room is perfect for families and golfers. The home also has a large kitchen with a breakfast area and a utility room with washer and dryer.The kitchen and great room have just been renovated with all new kitchen cabinets and tile floors. It looks great!!
Palmetto Dunes now has a courtesy transportation service within Palmetto and Shelter Cove. This is an on-demand service and a vehicles will be dispatched on a first-come, first served based on requests.
This house is perfect for eight golfers, large families, as well as family reunions and groups vacationing together!

Basic no frills close to beach

House was clean, had plenty of cooking utensils, plates etc. Easy walk to beach. Need to bring your own beach towels / chairs etc. Homeowner was acccomadating regarding arrival / departure times. House probaly built in early 1970's and the bathroom fixtures and bedroom furnishings reflect that. Would recommend it so long as your looking for a basic place to stay and not luxury end
Owner response:Thanks for your review of my property. It was built around 1980 and the living area and kitchen were updated about five years ago. You are correct that the bath rooms have not been updated but we do keep them clean and all four full baths do have all the basic needs. There are two tubs and three showers. We would like to know if renters would be willing to pay more if we updated the baths. I would like any comments you have on that matter. Thanks again, Martha Lewey
