Our own 'Million Dollar Baby' is a real knock-out! We'd love to share it with you and your family. Richly decorated with items we’ve collected from around the world, this fabulous eleventh floor wrap around unit's great room and master bedroom balconies are Gulf front. The master bathroom and three additional bedrooms have exciting Gulf views, too. One of the bedrooms is a lock-out.
With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From our eleventh floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. The children's pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view.
They don't call them 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches' for no reason!! In this condo, you'll be sleeping right on the beach. This unit is located on the west end of the building and has spectacular sunset views from both balconies and the guest bedroom window.

Our condo has four bedrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. It can also be split up and rented as a three bedroom that sleeps eight (See VRBO#55889) and a one bedroom studio that sleeps four (See VRBO#55834).
The great room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and a 52 inch wide screen HDTV. Enjoy the Gulf view from the comfort of the living room or step onto the private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and sugar white sand. The great room and kitchen have a tropical theme with nautical accents. Relax and enjoy the TV or a DVD. Stretch out with a 'beach novel' from our collection. 'Surf by the surf' with the free high speed internet connection in the great room.
Create a feast or a quick snack in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. You'll love having an ocean view from the kitchen, too. Dine inside or outside, it’s up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own condo instead of just a hotel room! If you don't feel like cooking, just head down 'Under the Boardwalk' to our tiki bar for a snack or cool drink by the pool.
Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the master suite’s comfy king-size captain's sleigh bed. The nautical themed master suite opens on to the Gulf front balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the memory foam mattress topper. Switch on the 27 inch flat screen TV and enjoy a DVD or listen to your favorite CD. Let your cares float away in the master bathroom’s fantastic whirlpool tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.
You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the guest bedroom, too! You’ll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed with memory foam topper and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. You are sure to love the tropical palm decor. This room has a 25 inch TV with DVD player. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination decorated with sea shells and sea life.
The 4th bedroom is a 'real' room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. Decorated just for kids with sailboats, light houses, a flamingo and a 'hand' chair. It has a set of bright red bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV and DVD player!
We even provide a pack 'n play for our guests who need a crib for baby. Please bring your baby's favorite bedding, since this is not provided in the linen package.
The second master suite (which can also be rented as a one bedroom studio) has a separate entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. Decorated in a sea side cottage theme, it has a king-size bed with memory foam topper and a queen sleeper sofa. The electronics package includes a wall mounted 27 inch flat panel LCD HDTV with DVD player that can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa.
There is also a high speed internet connection in this room. The efficiency kitchen has a mini refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster over and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious bathroom!
No pets allowed. No smoking. The primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).

To start i want to thanks Sarah, my family and I (12) adults had the best time and the condo was great everything was beautiful. the resort had all anyone could ask for,tiki bar priced really resonable, little store awesome veiws!! During our stay we had some rough surf and strong rip tides. most days were red flagged, one of the worst days My brother and I help a young woman caught in a rip tide and when we got her back to the beach she collasped from exhaustion, ems came and checked her out. after that officials closed the beaches ( double red flag). all the years i been in panama city never seen surf like this. all was not lost because of the great pool,splash area the boardwalk has. after mother nature eased up the beach was reopened. Please read the warning signs posted in the condo and at the access areas to the beach. life is to precious to take chances! we will be returning again and hope to get this place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We just returned from our stay at the Boardwalk, and it had to be the best vacation we have had in many years. We had a large party of 6 adults and 6 kids (5 of those 4 years and under). The 4 bedroom condo was very spacious, beautiful, very clean, and easily accommodated our family. The Miller family was very gracious and helpful with our reservations, and they were always available if you had questions or just needed advise about where to eat. Our kids LOVED the kid play area and the "big pool". Everything about the resort and the condo was wonderful. We feel very blessed to have had the perfect room, perfect weather, and the beautiful white (oil-free) sand to play in. We have been coming to PCB for the past 27 years and finally feel like we have a place that we can continue to stay at for the next several years. Thanks again, Sarah and Hugh for allowing us to rent from you. We would recommend this particular unit to all of our friends and family members. Hopefully, we will be able to return next year around the same time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

What a wonderful vacation! The condo was so spacious, yet homey for our group of 13. We have never rented a condo with such a well equipped kitchen. The beach and pool were awesome!!! Our family of 6 adults and one infant had the opportunity to stay in this condo along with the adjoining C-1112. The condos were both lovely as well as spacious. The condos were well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels, sheets, and even beach chairs and boogie boards. The facility's workout room, pool, and beautiful view of the gulf were just what we were looking for. We feel very fortunate to have found the website that led us to this wonderful vacation. We just returned from a WONDERFUL stay in this condo 5/20/06. The condo was very luxurious, every detail was covered! We were the first to stay in this unit with its adjoining unit C-1112 and we loved it. Both units offered everything in abundance and we wanted for nothing. The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable and each room was equipped with all the electronic devices we all depend on. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. The quality of this condo and the resort made this vacation one of our best.
