Richly decorated with items we’ve collected from around the world, this fabulous eleventh floor wrap around unit's great room and master bedroom balconies are Gulf front. The master bathroom and three additional bedrooms have exciting Gulf views, too. One of the bedrooms is a lock-out.
With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From our eleventh floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. The children's pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view.
They don't call them "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" for no reason!! In this condo, you'll be sleeping right on the beach. This unit is located on the west end of the building and has spectacular sunset views from both balconies and the guest bedroom window.

Our condo has four bedrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. It can also be split up and rented as a two bedroom with bunk room that sleeps eight (See VRBO#55889) and a one bedroom studio that sleeps four (See VRBO#55834).
The great room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and a 52 inch wide screen HDTV with a premium sound system. Enjoy the Gulf view from the comfort of the living room or step onto the private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and sugar white sand. The great room and kitchen have a tropical theme with nautical accents. Relax and enjoy the TV or a DVD. Turn on the CD player and stretch out with a "beach novel" from our collection. "Surf by the surf" with the free high speed internet connection in the great room.
Create a feast or a quick snack in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. You'll love having an ocean front view from the kitchen, too. Dine inside or outside, it’s up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own condo instead of just a hotel room! If you don't feel like cooking, just head down "Under the Boardwalk" to our tiki bar for a snack or cool drink by the pool.
Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the master suite’s comfy king-size captain's sleigh bed. The nautical themed master suite opens on to the Gulf front balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the memory foam mattress topper. Switch on the 27 inch flat screen TV and enjoy a DVD or listen to your favorite CD. Let your cares float away in the master bathroom’s fantastic whirlpool tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.
You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the guest bedroom, too! You’ll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed with memory foam topper and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. You are sure to love the tropical palm decor. This room has a 25 inch TV with premium sound system and CD player. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination decorated with sea shells and sea life.
The bonus bunk bed room is every kid’s dream retreat. This is a "real" room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. Decorated just for kids with sailboats, light houses, a flamingo and a "hand" chair. It has a set of bright red bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV and CD player!
The second master suite (which can also be rented as a one bedroom studio) has a separate entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. Decorated in a sea side cottage theme, it has a king-size bed with memory foam topper and a queen sleeper sofa. The electronics package includes a wall mounted 27 inch flat panel LCD HDTV with premium sound system that can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa.
There is also a high speed internet connection in this room, too. The efficiency kitchen has a mini refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster over and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious bathroom!
No pets allowed. No smoking. The primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).

Just for the kids, the children's pool and play area has fabulous interactive fountains. It's all just steps from the beach. The pool deck has plenty of comfy lounge chairs for sunning and watching the kids play. Access is wristband controlled.
- Sauna: The sauna and steam room are located in the private on-site fitness club. When you rent with us, complimentary access to these areas is included at no extra charge.

- Beachfront: The living room and main master bedroom are on the area's largest private beach. Over 11 football fields of sugar white sand and gorgeous emerald waters.
- Oceanfront: The second master and guest bedroom are oceanfront, too. The window in the guest bedroom can be opened so you can hear the surf. The second master's balcony has a great view of the ocean AND the golf course.

A million dollar baby located on a million dollar beach. Our Boardwalk Beach Resort condo will be ready for rental around May 21, 2005. Richly furnished with room darkening drapes and oooh so nice accessories.
