This Low Density unit is in the heart of Orange Beach, just minutes away from water-parks, shopping outlets, and fabulous restaurants. The newly decorated, three-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the sixth floor and both living area and master suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
The Master Suite features a king-size bed with a garden whirl-pool. The Master bathroom has a two sinks for your space and comfort. Also has TV, DVD player, and a Radio.
The second bedroom features two single beds ideal for the kids with a desk, TV, DVD player, and closet that features double mirrors.
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a TV/VCR, alarm clock and a double mirrored closet. This bedroom also has direct passage to the bathroom.
The living area is furnished beautifully and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your stay. A large GULF-FRONT deck, located off the living area, affords you endless views of the beach in both directions. A perfect spot to watch the sun set!!!
There will be a blow up matress available if needed to accommodate your needs.

I am from Pensacola Florida and I love the beach. I am a former baseball player with the Seattle Mariners. I have had this condo since 2003 and I enjoy meeting and talking to all the families that come and visit my unit. I really appreciate all the families that come to Orange Beach and stay in my unit. I am very grateful and blessed to have met some really nice people along the way. I try my best to make your vacation one that you'll never forget.

This unit and the owner are top notch. The unit is every thing as discribed and located really well for a view to die for. We watched the Dolpins in the mornings right out front really close for viewing without binoculors. The Master bedroom has a beautiful view that you don't even have to raise your head to see while lying in bed. The 6th/top floor is just high enough to have a great view of everything. Right accrose the street is a small shopping center w/Wal Mart, Resturant's, Dollar General. The Italan Resturant was real good. Very quiet unit with a great beach, loved it.

We decided last minute to road trip from the frozen tundra of NE Wisconsin to Orange Beach- our first time to the area! Tim made it so easy even though we booked only days in advance. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the views were breathtaking! We had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and peaceful and we never had to fight for space on the beach, which I imagine is one of the issues at the really big condos up the beach. Thanks again, Tim! We plan to return!

This condo was everything Tim said it would be. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and across the street from a grocery store, gift shop, ABC store, and restaurants. The view was unbelievable. We watched the sun come up and dolphins playing every morining from the balcony. The condo was clean, well decorated, and spacious enough for our whole family. Tim went out of his way to have a pay per view football game we wanted to see arranged when we got there. The king size bed in the master was more comfortable than my own bed at home! We had such a great time this will be our annual family vacation spot from now on! Thanks Tim!

We spent a week in July at Emerald Key 602 and loved it. The condo was comfy and clean. We especially liked how spacious it was. The view from the sliding windows in the living area was great, and an extra bonus was having the same great view from the master bedroom. We appreciated that the beach wasn't crowded and there was plenty of space at the pool. We'd love to stay again sometime.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and much less congestion. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We will definitely stay in Orange Beach again. Condo was well stocked when we arrived. Thanks for making the arrangements so easy.

We had a wonderful time; the condo was clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the extra touches. The condo is in a great location with easy access to stores and restaurants and a great beachfront, and many things to do close. We will definitely return.
