This unit and the owner are top notch. The unit is every thing as discribed and located really well for a view to die for. We watched the Dolpins in the mornings right out front really close for viewing without binoculors. The Master bedroom has a beautiful view that you don't even have to raise your head to see while lying in bed. The 6th/top floor is just high enough to have a great view of everything. Right accrose the street is a small shopping center w/Wal Mart, Resturant's, Dollar General. The Italan Resturant was real good. Very quiet unit with a great beach, loved it.

Tim was excellent to work with. His condo was very clean and roomy with a great view of the beach. Perfect proximity to all you'd need including Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido Key. Thanks for a great, relaxing week with the family.

Beautiful condo on a gorgeous beach!

We decided last minute to road trip from the frozen tundra of NE Wisconsin to Orange Beach- our first time to the area! Tim made it so easy even though we booked only days in advance. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the views were breathtaking! We had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and peaceful and we never had to fight for space on the beach, which I imagine is one of the issues at the really big condos up the beach. Thanks again, Tim! We plan to return!

Outstanding Vacation Destination

This condo was everything Tim said it would be. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and across the street from a grocery store, gift shop, ABC store, and restaurants. The view was unbelievable. We watched the sun come up and dolphins playing every morining from the balcony. The condo was clean, well decorated, and spacious enough for our whole family. Tim went out of his way to have a pay per view football game we wanted to see arranged when we got there. The king size bed in the master was more comfortable than my own bed at home! We had such a great time this will be our annual family vacation spot from now on! Thanks Tim!

We spent a week in July at Emerald Key 602 and loved it. The condo was comfy and clean. We especially liked how spacious it was. The view from the sliding windows in the living area was great, and an extra bonus was having the same great view from the master bedroom. We appreciated that the beach wasn't crowded and there was plenty of space at the pool. We'd love to stay again sometime.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and much less congestion. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We will definitely stay in Orange Beach again. Condo was well stocked when we arrived. Thanks for making the arrangements so easy.

Tim, I wanted to tell you that our visit here was special. We took our mother down to visit the beach one more time. She has terminal cancer and will not be with us very much longer. We brought her down here to put her feet in the sand one more time. You should have seen the face when she laid down in the sand. Yes, she was laid out in the sand smiling from ear to ear. We were blessed with great weather throughout our stay. This condo will be remembered as a time where we could kick back and relax and give our mother one last joy in life. The Merritt's We wanted to tell you that our stay was the best ever. The weather was outstanding and the view was to die for. I loved your decor. We felt right at home. James insisted to leave the sliding glass doors open at night in the master bedroom. He loved to hear the waves crash. The condo was really in a great spot. Right across from the winn dixie. We stayed at this condo the beginning of June. We had a great time. The weather was perfect. The view was awesome. The beach and pool were not crowded at all. Of course, this might be because some of the condos were empty still because of renovation. Very Relaxing.

This is a beautiful condo with a fantastic view. We stayed in this condo last summer and could not have been more satisfied! The view from the master bedroom and living room is great and shopping, restaurants, etc. are very convenient. Emerald Key is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

My friends and I spent a week down here and had the most relaxing time ever. There was 6 girls here and all of us loved the condo. It felt like home and it was really decorated nice. The beds were so comfortable. We took a charter boat out of Orange Beach while we were here and caught snapper and some grouper. The girls and I have never been deep sea fishing before. It was a awsome experience. We shopped at the outlet mall in Foley for 2 days. The girls and I ate out everynight. There are some really good places to eat here. We just wanted to say thanks for eveything. The girls and I had a great time here at Emerald Key condo.

WOW!! What a great place you have. My family and I had the times of our lives. We are from a small town in Mississippi and we have never been here. Our family spent the whole time out at the beach. We collected sea shells, hermate crabs, and caught some fish right off the beach. The kids really enjoyed the floats you left us. Thank you. You did not have to do that. This was our first time visiting Orange Beach. We had a wonderful time in your condo. Our family really enjoyed the veiws overlooking the ocean. The condo was really fabulous.
