This 2500 square foot four bedroom, three bath family home is full of amenities that will please everyone in your party. You will be one and half blocks from the beach and only a short stroll to quaint Kailua town where you can do anything from window shopping to browsing Macy's or local boutiques, island inspired gift shops and more! There is a wide range of restaurants to suit everyones tastes. You are near many different attractions such as Sea Life Park, Hanauma Bay, Polynesian Cultural Center and the famous North Shore!
The home is situated on a HUGE yard, beautifully landscaped surrounding a lavish (20 by 40 foot) pool. You can lounge by the soothing waterfall and watch Koi fish and turtles in the pond or unwind Island-Style under the shaded gazebo with gas grill. You are assured complete privacy as the property is located off of the main road.
The home is decorated to bring a bit of Hawaii indoors; the entertainment area features a surround sound Bose Stereo system; Koa paneling with Bamboo and Lava Rock Walls. The 20 foot Koa wood bar is perfect for a "Mai Tai" happy hour! The Ohi'a hardwood floors and "Pune'e (Hawaiian Daybed) give the house a casual and laid-back feel. Each of the four bedrooms have been designed for comfort and relaxation. There are two "Master" suites- each has it's own full bathroom. There is also a brightly decorated "Kids" room as well as a standard bedroom with daybed/trundle that overlooks the pool. All rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool, however there are air-conditioning units for added comfort.
Kick back in the living room and enjoy the Home Theater entertainment system. There is also a office area fully equipped with desktop computer/printer and high speed Internet. Meals can be prepared in the spacious kitchen as all utensils and staples are provided. The dining room seats six comfortably but can accommodate more.
