White Sands Village Condominium is across from the finest beach on the Kona coast: White Sands Beach. The locals call it 'Magic Sands.' Swimming, boogie boarding, and snorkeling in the clear blue water are a must. Just three and a half miles north on Alii Drive is the charming and picturesque village of Kailua-Kona. One mile south is the famous snorkeling beach, Kahaluu. Kahaluu offers easy access to the undersea population of green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of every description. The condo is located 13 miles to Kailua-Kona Airport (KOA), two miles to Kona Country Club Golf Course, and two miles to Keahou Shopping Center. The volcano is about a 95-mile drive. Fine and casual dining are close by if you don’t wish to cook at home.

About the owner: We met and married in Honolulu, then moved to the Oregon Coast for some twenty years. Even when we lived on Oahu, we would escape to Kona on the Big Island where the unending sunny days and warm, clear ocean seem to go on forever. Always 'Hawaiian at Heart', we began vacationing in Hawaii more and more frequently, and purchased our first condo in partnership with two other couples some twelve years ago. As we began spending months rather than weeks in Kona, we purchase our own condo White Sands Village 'home'. Now, semi-retired, we have moved back to Hawaii permanently.
Why the Owner Chose White Sands Village: Away from the main Street, but easy walking distance to the beach, (about 150 yards). It is private and quiet. Comes with 2 covered parking.
