One mile south is the famous snorkeling beach, Kahaluu. Kahaluu offers easy access to the undersea population of green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of every description. After a glorious day in the sun, it is a short stroll down to the White Sands Beach to watch a spectacular Kona sunset. If you get lucky, you may see the famous green flash.

It has an elevator and covered parking, which other condos in Kona often lack.
The condo is located 13 miles to Kailua-Kona Airport (KOA), two miles to Kona Country Club Golf Course, and two miles to Keahou Shopping Center. The volcano is about a 95-mile drive. Fine and casual dining are close by if you don’t wish to cook at home.
