Spectacular views of the West Maui Mountains,Ma'alaea Bay, the ocean and beautifully landscaped grounds await you from our one bedroom,one bath condos either from our (sixth) top floor ocean front condo or our ground floor ocean front condo at KOA Lagoon in Kihei. This complex has only forty two units which makes it less congested and busy.
These newly remodeled units have new appliances,new counter tops, new kitchen and bath cabinets, new tile and paint through out and a clean inviting atmosphere.
The large lanai, the spacious living room or the large dining room are great places to watch the whales go by or view the beautiful Maui sunsets. KOA Lagoon is located 15 minutes from the Kahului airport,and just minutes from seven world class golf courses, shopping centers and restaurants.

As 15+ times visitors to Maui - 10 times for 4 weeks or more - we stayed in Koa Lagoon 603 for the first time in '07. And found a new home! Now in November '08 we are about to finish our 2nd month-long stay here. Our only regret is that the month is almost over. Except, we are also sorry we won't be back for 11 months. If this sounds like an endorsement, it is meant to be. The unit to be all we could ask for, and as nice, clean, and well equipped as any place we have stayed. That plus the super ocean view, large lanai, & free high-speed internet, has made us happy to stay here and come again! And the support people at Koa Lagoon are great, and the owners helpful and quick to respond to questions. But you can't have November, 'cause that's our month!

We stayed at this wonderful condo June 2007 for 9 days. The description listed along with photos does not do justice to what you get. This is one of the best bargains I found and it exceded our expectations. The view you get is awesome. You open the front door and it just takes your breath. The condo is new, clean furnished with anything you might need to live. Everything is provided except you. The owner is great to work with and onsite managment takes care of details and helps with setting up tours you might need. We plan on returning and this will be our pick again. Quiet, tranquil, sunsets, no crowds or loud parties yet only minutes to many restaurants and shopping or anny beaches. What else can you ask for.
