  This is a great one bedroom oceanfront unit in Kihei with a fabulous lanai and great views. We spent one day just lolling about and listening to the ocean. Kihei side is away from the hustle and bustle of Lahaina and Kaanapali with good beaches, great access to McKenna and La Perouse bay and a bit closer to the drive to Hana and Haleakala. With the increasing number of good restaurants, it is great place to stay and this condo is the perfect

  My husband and I stayed in 603 for our 25th anniversary. We loved this condo ! It was comfortable in every way. We loved the afternoon breezes and listening to the waves - No need for a radio or TV for entertainment. My only recommendation would be to add a well lit vanity area for ladies to do their hair and makeup. I had to sit on the floor in front of the mirror in the bedroom- but since I am recovering from recent knee surgery , getting up and down from the floor was a challenge. I highly recommend this unit to others . If we come back, we will stay here again.

  My mother, sister, step-mom and I stayed in this fantastic condo for six nights. It had been a long time since I had been to Maui and my step-mother had never been. Even though it is a one bedroom unit, all four of us slept comfortably with the sleeper sofa pulling out into a full size bed. The view is spectacular and I couldn't believe how close we got to be to the water for the comfort and price. I feel very fortunate to have been recommended VRBO in the first place, this was a first using the service for me. On top of that having the luck to find this place in particular even without a specific recommendation. I will definitely be suggesting it to friends and family and planning on coming back to stay. It was a great first trip for my step-mother and a fantastic return trip for the rest of us.

  Stayed in the ground floor unit for 7 nights. Unlike some condos, the reality is even better than the photos! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. You could not find a better view. The room is spacious, beautifully appointed and clean. It was wonderful being able to step out onto our lanai with a morning coffee, listen to the birds sing and stroll across the lawn to the beach. Thank you Kerry for a wonderful place to call home while in Maui.

  My husband & I stayed here in Feb 2009. Loved the kitchen skylight*** kept trying to turn it off!!! Wonderful view of a mother whale "nursing" her calf. Could hear the whales from the lani. Will stay here again. Very convienient location, clean & comfortable. Enjoyed sharing breakfast with the "rock doves".

  As 15+ times visitors to Maui - 10 times for 4 weeks or more - we stayed in Koa Lagoon 603 for the first time in '07. And found a new home! Now in November '08 we are about to finish our 2nd month-long stay here. Our only regret is that the month is almost over. Except, we are also sorry we won't be back for 11 months. If this sounds like an endorsement, it is meant to be. The unit to be all we could ask for, and as nice, clean, and well equipped as any place we have stayed. That plus the super ocean view, large lanai, & free high-speed internet, has made us happy to stay here and come again! And the support people at Koa Lagoon are great, and the owners helpful and quick to respond to questions. But you can't have November, 'cause that's our month!

  We stayed at this wonderful condo June 2007 for 9 days. The description listed along with photos does not do justice to what you get. This is one of the best bargains I found and it exceded our expectations. The view you get is awesome. You open the front door and it just takes your breath. The condo is new, clean furnished with anything you might need to live. Everything is provided except you. The owner is great to work with and onsite managment takes care of details and helps with setting up tours you might need. We plan on returning and this will be our pick again. Quiet, tranquil, sunsets, no crowds or loud parties yet only minutes to many restaurants and shopping or anny beaches. What else can you ask for.
