Located on Banana Hill, one of the oldest neighborhoods which still retains the flavor of old Santa Fe, the house is on a steep hillside with guaranteed parking on the private lane in front, with gentle side steps leading to a private gated yard below. After the fall leaves are down, offering views of the sunsets over the far Jemez mountains. In additional to the intense art and cultural events taking place in town, hiking trails are near by as well as the ceremonies of the Pueblo and Hispanic towns further out in the landscape.
The Casita has a designated parking space on a private lane and a separate entry to a gated yard and patio. Living room area: kiva fireplace and sleep sofa with full kitchen and dining seating for four. Separate bedroom with queen bed. Full bath.
