A classic, California bungalow located right on the water on beautiful Clearlake. You can fish right from the redwood deck which extends over the edge of the lake. Property has own boat ramp or you can use nearby public ramps.
Enter the home and find the intricate hardwood floors leading to a large living room with panoramic views to the lake. Two bedrooms downstairs and a den with another comfortable sofa bed. Upstairs is the third bedroom. Central air conditioning and heating.
Summer sunsets are breathtaking. Enjoy a siesta in a sturdy lakeside hammock under the willow trees.
Property is located on almost an acre of lakefront property with the house set near the water's edge. Plenty of parking and a secure fence surrounding the three non-lake property boundaries. Nearby to stores, restaurants, etc., but hidden also by landscaping to allow for privacy.
Home has been the used for family reunion gatherings for up to 100 persons, however this requires porta-potties. Please contact to discuss logistics if considering larger family gatherings.
Also an ideal location for either bass fisherman or those who like to watch bass tournaments which start and end at the nearby public park. Our friends and guests have caught fish right from the deck too!
