Owners are Colorado natives and can help you plan your visit.
We have lived in Tokyo and Austria and traveled globally. We know what a quiet area for relaxation can add to your family's vacation.
We are currently retired and have moved (mostly) out of this lovely home which is too big for just the two of us. We own property in 2 other Colorado mountain locations, so we split our time between homes. Because we do travel extensively, please call/e-mail about availability as we aren't always able to keep our calendar up to date (sorry).
Why the Owner Chose Boulder
Was our primary residence while raising kids. We now are attempting to downsize. We know your family will love it here and create vacation memories.
You can work from home or escape to Boulder or Golden for great restaurants and activities.
Our location is great with easy mountain access and only a short drive to the city.
Why pay the steep Boulder rental prices when you can enjoy our nearby home in the foothills.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The wildlife! In our time here we have seen bear, mountain lions,deer, hawks,fox...like living in a game park! Birders will be delighted with the year round bird variety.
We have a WONDERFUL view of the Denver area from our deck . Our view spans from Boulder to Denver to Golden.
No renters have ever been disappointed with our accommodations and everyone has received a complete refund of the damage deposit . We always rent to responsible families.
Families with students on CU and Mines campuses find our home especially handy.

All ameneties were clean and in good order. Beautiful setting with abundant wildlife. If we come back to Colorado we will definitely book this again.

We had a great time in Colorado. We went to many of the local parks and saw Elk, Moose, Fox, Pica and great mountain views. Our legs are well exercised with hiking and we got our lines wet fishing. Your beautiful home and accommodations were perfect in location and comfort. Thank you so much!

Perfect for a family. The road wasn't a problem at all. Sandi and Jack were great to know. Got the damage deposit returned promptly as promised. Definetly would stay again.
