Look no further! This unit is the best value in Redstone Village. The condo,a first floor, corner unit is well equipped, nicely decorated and feels like a home away from home. The spacious layout and comforable seating is perfect for your family and friends. The owners are a pleasure to work with, the property is well maintained and the location couldn't be better.

We have been coming to Park City for the past 6 years for a spring ski trip. I have tried many rentals and found this property to be absolutely the best. We loved the location - 2 super markets, several restaurants, movie theater and upscale bowling alley all within walking distance. We tend to ski both the Park City mountains and also the cottonwood canyon locations so again this location was fantastic making the commutes very easy. The owners have done a wonderful job of keeping the property clean and user friendly. There is ample space for many guests, we loved being on one level, and the attached garage parking was a real plus. We will certainly be back!!

Great Winter Vacation!

Our vacation to Utah was in January 2011. The location and the condo were perfect for our family of 5(college age kids). We really liked the ability to walk to the restaurants, shops and grocery store after a full day of skiing but able to quickly get to park city. Also allowed our kids to be out without long drives. In fact they stayed right in the complex. We also skied at Alta just a 40 minute drive. A perfect location for winter fun. It was 3 miles from Canyons and great access to snowshoe/biking trails less than a mile away. Our stay was great! The garage fit our large SUV Tahoe and the unit was very clean and comfortable for 5 adults. The owners were quick to answer any questions and had helpful information listed in a book along with grocery store discount cards. We would all go back for a another winter vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The pictures are pretty accurate, but I think the condo may be even a little better than the pics shown. The location was terrific! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, we had over a foot of snow drop in one day and they were very quick to have the street right outside the condo cleared away, including the front walkway (which was very nice). Tim was so easy to work with and very accessible and accomodating - thanks! We'd be happy to stay again.

In my review I mentioned lack of grab bars in the bathroom - I should clarify that these are available in the master bathroom shower, just not in the second bathroom. Again, this is a terrific place to stay!

I highly recommend this condominium and would stay here again. Tim and Suzie are easy to deal with and take obvious pride in their property. This description and photos, though accurate, do not do this unit justice: clean and well-maintained, nicely appointed, comfortable, well-equipped (including a variety of board games!), and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Directions for using equipment and heating controls were clearly posted. My 84-year-old parents were comfortable in the unit and enjoyed being able to take a short stroll to Redstone and the bicycle path near the nature preserve. Though handicapped accessible, we did miss having grab bars in the tub/shower.

Great location and amenities!

This was the perfect location for heading out to the area's ski resorts, as well as the Olympic Village, tubing hills, Swaner Nature Preserve and other area attractions. There is quick and easy access - just a few steps - to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The garage was a plus in the snowy weather. This would be a perfect place to visit summer or winter. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely plan to stay again on our next trip to the area.

We stayed for a week in late February and had beautiful weather and plenty of snow, as always in Utah. Enjoyed the condo and especially the easy walking access to groceries and restaurants.
