700 FEET TO THE BEACH!!! STROLL DOWN OUR ROCKY BEACH ROAD TO THE BEST PART OF THE BEACH!!!
Our home is situated on Winter Trout, extremely close to the best part of the beach. The Fripp Island Beach Club with 2 pools and a restaurant, The Food Court and The Fripp Island Tennis and Fitness Centers are also within a quick couple minute WALK... not ride.
The house sleeps seven comfortably and has all the amenities of home. The huge great room has a sleeper sofa, large TV, DVD, and a warm and cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are decorated comfortably with the beach in mind. The kitchen is cute with a bar area and kitchen table that leads to a great deck off the back. There are beautiful heart of pine hardwood floors and comfortable furniture throughout the house. Wireless internet has also been provided.
If the kids need space to roam, we have a huge yard to play in and run around. We also offer bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and ofcourse A FREE GOLFCART. We love our Winter Trout home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

My family and I stayed here last summer and loved it. It was wonderful to be sooo close to the ocean, As a wildlife fanatic I loved the deer and watched a cardinal feed her young just outside the deck. . The kids loved the golf cart and the "tiki club" by the pool. Dancing and singing. We saw deer in the moonlight on the beach. We will be returning to Winter Trout in 2 weeks.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The house is in great condition and it's short walk to one of the best beaches I have ever been to. Nice yard and the free golf cart is a huge plus for getting around the island and beaches. Love the Island beach club nearby also. We will definitely return.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have a guest book full of wonderful comments, and I hate to admit this....but I haven't had time to enter them cause I run a business and pass out at the end of the day. :) Sad but true. Anyway, we love out place and hope you do as well. Many people say they love our house because it is there home away from home. It's close to the beach, with lots of space and we have the golfcart, bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, ... and more.
