Our three bedrooms, two bath Condo is located on the fifth/top floor of Seaview Condominiums. Sleeps eight.
The master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and full bath with separate vanity area. This bedroom opens directly onto the extra large balcony overlooking the Gulf (Listen to the gentle roll of the waves at night).
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin bed and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom is small with a Day bed and pull-out twin sized bed(Trundle)underneath.
Complete kitchen with oven/range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the Condo.
There are three TV’s, two VCR/DVD’s and a stereo system.
All linens and towels are supplied.
The living room opens to a extra large balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your breakfast or dinner at the patio table while watching the dolphins perform or watching the beautiful sunsets.
The Seaview Condominiums have a private (uncrowded) beach, heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs and a hot tub. There is also a barbeque area, two tiki huts for picnics by the pool, shuffleboard, and a volleyball net on the beach.
One assigned parking spare is provided and there are also several visitor spaces available.

- John's Pass is 1.5 Miles south-There you will find Shopping, Jet Skis, Boat Rentals, Charter boats, Dolphin Watching, Gambling Trips, & Sunset Cruises. Located 30 Minutes from Tampa International Airport & St, Petersburg/Clearwater Airport, Bush Gardens & Adventure Island Water Park. 90 Minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios & Sea World. 30 Minutes from Major League Sports-Devil Rays Baseball, Buccaneers Football & Lightning Ice Hockey. Spring Training for 20 Major League Baseball Teams Within 1 Hour. 30 Golf Courses Within 30 Miles (including the Belleview Biltmore Golf club the closest championship course to the gulf beaches). There are 3 fishing piers close by that offer great fishing at reasonable rates ($20 would be enough to cover the entrance fee to the pier, parking and live bait). Fish caught from these piers include spanish mackeral, pompano, jack crevalle, bluefish, trout, snook and red drum. I have caught up to 40 fish in a morning off these piers.
