Year Purchased: 2013
About: We are from the Modesto area and have spent numerous summers on Tulloch Lake. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase a waterfront home and found it to be so wonderful that we wanted to share it with others. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We like South Shore because of it's serenity in comparison to the busy traffic of North Shore. The campground and marina are just a quick boat ride, or short 5 minute drive from the house; allowing you to pickup supplies, hang out at their bar, or grab a burger.
And, being at South Shore is a much shorter drive when coming in from the central valley.
