We arrived to find a super clean, spacious condo waiting for us. It was everything the owner, Kelley promised and more! She goes the extra mile to make her vacation home attractive and comfortable for guests. We would highly recommend this property for anyone vacationing in the Daytona area. It is a convenient location with a fabulous view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean! What a great vacation spot! It is the best~Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is exactly as describe and MORE! We absolutely love everything about it! There are 6 of us here for Speed Week and have had a ball! The condo is so comfortable and immaculate! The location is perfect and only a 15 min drive to International Speedway. The owner has been awesome to work with-very accommodating!!! If we plan a trip back to this area, we will definitely book here again! You wouldn't believe the view from our deck - just like the picture!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This Condo is available year round at rates listed below: Two week rentals from $1,000 Month rentals from $1,800 This is a non smoking unit. Security deposit of $300 is required If booking within 30 days, security is non refundable if cancelled. A $170.00 non refundable cleaning fee will also be collected.
