We just returned from a 3 week stay in this condo, and we could not have picked a better location. We’ve been coming to Kona since the early 90’s and this is by far our favorite. This condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, and has an awesome view! It is located within walking distance to KTA grocery store, Longs Drugs and movie theaters. The condo has lots of extras like nice beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella etc. We ate all our meals on the large lani where we spotted whales, critiqued golfers, and had the use of our very own private grill (no having to wait in line to use a resort grill)! The condo has 3 pools, 2 of which are heated. Our favorite pool was the one shaped like the Island of Hawaii, not only was this one heated but the view from this location was fantastic. The homeowners were easy to work, and we hope they'll share their slice of paradise with us again..

This condo is on the 3rd level and has wonderful views of ocean, golf course, and tropical gardens. It also has more room available than condos on the lower two levels as it has a spacious loft bedroom with even better views. The condo is nicely furnished with nice upscale linens, flat-screen TV etc., and the lanai is very spacious and clean with great views. Everything is well-kept. I stayed a month and would stay again. It was unfortunate during my month stay that the condo management scheduled some exterior repair/construction work that was irritating, especially since they state that they don't allow any work of this kind from November-April. This, of course, was beyond the owners' control. Expect a very comfortable, upscale stay in this unit; it's well worth the price.

I just returned from our vacation and after searching many condos I chose this one. I can honestly say that is was a very good choice. The owners were very helpful and professional right from the beginning to the end. The many ammenities that they offered made the experience pleasurable. They had everything needed to make your vacation easy. By providing the snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, towels and coolers you were able to just enjoy yourself without having to think about getting these extras there. There were information packets and guide books available to help plan your activities. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances both large and small. The condo complex had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and was overlooking a golf course with beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets. The grocery store was within walking distance and it was only a five minute drive to downtown Kona which offered many shopping and dining opportunities. The interior was very clean, well kept and nicely decorated. My family of six had plenty of room to eat together, sleep and relax. We really felt welcomed and at home here and would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering it. You won't be disappointed. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples and we all were very comfortable and impressed with what the condo and Country Club Villas had to offer. Quite, clean and beautiful while being close to it all. Just outside of busy downtown Kona- you feel close to the action and nestled in a quite retreat all at the same time. We hiked at the volcano, sea kayaked, snorkled, shoped and enjoyed all that the big island had to offer, this place is close to it all. Could not say enough great things about our stay here, the views were breath taking! Muhalo.

We just spent 7 nights in this condo with our family (6 adults) and had a great time. The condo is very clean, spacious, and a great location. It's close to downtown Kona, but not in the heart of it, giving it a nice, quiet feel. Very relaxing. You will definitely need a car to get around though. The condo had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards - very helpful and saved us money by not having to rent our own. We loved the 3 pools and 3 hot tubs on the property, which was a nice way to end the day. The other tenants at the condos were very friendly and welcoming. The owners are very nice and easy to reach with any questions and responded quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Mostly, we were just sad to leave this wonderful place.

What a great condo! What a great price! Unless you need to be right on the beach don't pass this condo up. So comfortable, great ocean view, quite and fully stocked. Boogie boards, coolers, tennis rackets/balls,etc., everything you would want for activites without having to buy them and ship it home.

I totally agree with the previous reviewer. Our family of 6, including 4 teenagers, has rented many condos over the years, in various vacation spots, and this one ranks among the best. It was spacious, comfortably furnished, clean, with spectacular views. The location was perfect -quiet and peaceful, but close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, including Magic Sands beach (our favorite). The extras, such as boogies boards, snorkel equipment and beach chairs were a much-appreciated bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked dinner almost every night. We also enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, lunching in Waimea (great restaurants there), seeing the volcano, running and biking. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member.

This property had a lot going for it: well-appointed and comfortable, a location on Ali'i Drive, located close to shopping and dining venues, quiet, clean and peaceful, and. most of all, a killer view of the Pacific Ocean and the 10th and 18th fairways of the Kona Country Club. JJ and I spent the week of July 6-12 at this wonderful condominium, and would happily consider spending more time here again. Although Kona's Ali'i Drive can be noisy and crowded, this property was far enough to the south of town to avoid the traffic and pedestrian congestion that is often an annoying characteristic of Kailua-Kona's "party street". The Keauhou shopping center is about a quarter-mile to the north, and offers an excellent and well-stocked grocery store, a natural foods store, a cinema, a drugstore, and numerous bar and restaurant choices. As golfers, we enjoyed the aforementioned Kona Country Club golf course, and the pro shop was located about 1500 yards to the south of the property. Families will appreciate the upstairs bedroom loft in the condo, which is perfect for the keikis (Hawaiian for children). There are two other bedrooms, and the master has a fantastic view. No air conditioning is provided, but none is needed - even in July, the cool Pacific breezes had us reaching for the covers at night. Cooks will find virtually any appliance or device they need in the small but efficent kitchen, and there is a gas grill on the lanai. You'll want to serve all your meals on the lanai to enjoy the perfect Kona weather and views. The property has three swimming pools, and we rarely encountered anyone during our frequent swims. We only had one issue during our stay: we couldn't light the gas grill. However, we e-mailed the owner (a very nice woman), she responded to us promptly with instructions, and we were able to enjoy our grilled steaks without delay. As we've noted, this was a near-perfect locale for our week spent in Kailua-Kona, and when we return we'll be happy to reserve these accommodations again. Highly recommended by Michael and JJ......

This place was perfect for my family of five! The pictures were truly representative of what the view and condo were like. It's a 3rd floor unit in a small complex at the southern end of Keahou. Very quiet with easy access to the nearby Keahou Shopping Center and downtown Kona. The owner is extremely helpful and the management company was pleasant & professional. This place is fully stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing day at the beach; coolers, chairs, mats, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, etc.

We loved staying in this condo - everything was as described - only better. It was spacious and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Snorkel equipment was great and we enjoyed relaxing meals on lanai. Ceiling fans kept us cool and relaxed day and night. It was easy to get into town but quiet and low key at the condo. Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo - everything was just as described only better. We had all the amenities we needed and the condo was spotless. We had lovely grilled fish dinners on the lanai and enjoyed snorkeling at several beaches. The ironman was an unbelievable experience and we have great memories to look back on. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed your home and thank you for sharing. We had a great time and took full use of the Great Blue Book you sent to us. We picked a few, well many highlights from the book and found them to be right on. The in house washer and dryer worked out well for us. I would say, " If this is your 1st time to the Big Island pack light you can always wash it " Again thank you. PS Your Housekeeper does a great job. and she was very kind.

This condo was exceptionally clean and quiet. It was located very close to grocery shopping and only a few minutes down Allii drive along the water to Kona. I have already recommended this condo without hesitation to family and friends. The views at sunset are spectacular!!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo in April 2006. We can't wait to go back again and hope we can book it again next year. Next time we all want to stay longer, there is too much to see and do for one week. I have two 12 year olds and a 9 year old who can't wait to be certified scuba divers after this trip. The kids counted 20 sea turtles and learned the names of a dozen Hawaiian fish during the week. What a wonderful trip. Your condo was perfect for my family. Years ago we stayed at several expensive hotels on the big island. I would much rather stay in this unit where we parked a few feet from the condo door, had an upper unit which seemed very private, and had absolutely no hassles. We loved the location. Thanks!

We had a great time at the condo. The place was perfect for us. It was very comfortable, roomy and had a great location. We saw quite a bit during our week, but there are plenty of things left for a return trip. We have told some friends about the condo and I am pretty sure you will be hearing from them (if you haven't already). Thanks for having us as your guests!

Six of my family, covering 3 generations, stayed at your condo Ocober 9-23, 2005, whilst my son competed in Ironman Hawaii. The unit was very conveniently located for us, and was spacious and very well-equipped. This is a great recommendation from us, and we hope to return in the future, perhaps for another Ironman?

Aloha! Wanted to let you know how fantastic the condo was and thank you for the nice surprise! I'll have to say this was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. Your condo was even more beautiful than the pictures and the view unbeatable. We were so comfortable and everything was nicely furnished, clean and convenient. We used the book you sent daily and discovered some incredible sites we never would have found without the details in the guide book. I can't wait to go back and for a longer time next year. We definetely felt the 'Aloha' spirit. Thank you, Mahalo
