Sleeping arrangements include a queen in master bedroom with a twin should a child need to be nearby. Large master bath with marble countertops & whirlpool tub for two. Full in 2nd bedroom with a private full bath. 3rd bedroom includes a full with additional twin. Downstairs there is a futon in the study and another full bath. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are allowed only if pre-approved.
