Guests will be provided with a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property owners before arrival.
Cancellation policy: Full refund with 45 days cancellation notice.
Later than 45 days notice, refund available only upon re-rental.
All payments must be personal cheque or bank transfer.
Reservation deposit of 50% of total rent upon booking.
The balance of the rental amount plus damage deposit is due one month before arrival.
Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure providing provisions specified in the rental agreement are met.

About the owner: We are a couple who enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. We also spend time in the Kootenays with our children and on a nearby Gulf island.
When we first moved to Victoria we wanted a home in the country, with room for animals and children. We fell in love with this property because it offered the feel of a rural area within the city with the charm of a heritage country style home.
When we are away we enjoy sharing our home with visitors who wish to have a home away from home while they are visiting Victoria.
