This unbelievable upscale vacation home will provide you with everything you need. Grand enough for entertainment, serene enough for total relaxation, and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
This fantastic nonsmoking, pet free, Hilton Head home offers wonderful water views that extend from the back yard and wrap around the left side of the house. Beautifully and professionally decorated with spacious rooms, high ceilings, paddles fans and wood flooring throughout.
The first floor offers a beautiful formal dining room with a long wood table that seats eight. The dining room opens up to the spacious living room with a fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling 20 foot windows, as well as three glass-pained doors that lead out to the screened in porch.
The living room is furnished with two couches, a chair with an ottoman as well as an armoire featuring a large TV and DVD player. Off the living room is the first master bedroom which has a king bed, armoire with TV and DVD, and lagoon views.
There is a private bathroom which features marble vanity tops, a porcelain soaking tub, bidet, and a walk in shower with glass door.
Also located on the first floor is the kitchen which is fully equipped with, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite counter tops, five burner bosch cook top on the island with three bar stools, a table that seats eight with a lagoon view and entrance to the back yard. There is a half bath on the first floor
The second floor features a landing with a queen sleeper sofa which overlooks the living room. The second master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with TV and DVD and lagoon views. There is a private bathroom which features marble vanity tops, porcelain tub, and a separate walk in shower with glass door.
The Third bedroom with a lagoon view has a queen bed, TV and shares a bath with the Forth bedroom which has two full beds and TV. The Fifth bedroom has trundle beds and a large TV with DVD. There is another full bath in the hall. The house has 2 porta cribs and a high chair in the walk in closet.
The screened porch with paddle fans and wonderful lagoon views can be accessed from the first floor master bedroom or one of the three double patio doors off the living room. The porch is spacious and has a large table with six chairs and two rockers.
Steps take you down to the sundeck, which features two lounge chairs and the heated Jacuzzi. Another set of steps lead you down to the heated pool with gorgeous lagoon views, a large grill and two additional chairs.
For your enjoyment we have 6 adult bikes, double wagon, large cooler, foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. This is an unbelievable house. Not only is the interior spectacular but the
outside backyard is incredible, with unmatchable privacy and views.
It is about a five minute walk to the beach, over the lagoon and through the Hilton. The Hilton caters to the beach lovers with island music and island café open to the public. Guests can also drive around the corner to the Disney beach access which has outside snack bar, showers and restrooms, and chair and umbrella rentals.

What a wonderful week we had at 10 Strath. The company of 7 good friends, coupled with the elegance but, also warmth of this home made for a memorable vacation. It is obvious that the Crandall family has spent much thought in providing so many little extras to make the stay here so enjoyable and relaxed. Your house is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the view of the water from every window. The heated pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The screened in porch was wonderful early in the morning and late in the day. We will be back for more visits.

Your home is beautiful. It was very accomadating for our family gathering. We loved the formal dinning room for entertaining guests. The view of the lagoon from every room is wonderful. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and screened in porch, but our favorite part of the house is sitting in the family room and looking at the tall windows that surround the high fire place.
