Beautiful newly decorated three story home with a separate apartment above garage. Sleeping arrangements are as such: Main level has a bedroom with a queen size bed. Also there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the great room on the main level; the 2nd floor has a Master bedroom with a King size bed; there is a bunk room for kids with 2 sets of bunks equalling four beds; there is also a large guest room with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa; the 3rd floor has a queen size sleeper sofa; The apartment over the garage has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Between the house and the apartment this property will sleep a total of 20 comfortably!!!Main house includes a hot tub on the third floor balcony with a view of the Gulf. Also wetbar with ice maker and small refrigerator on the third floor. 200 yards to the beach and the Destiny East Clubhouse. 2 Golf carts for guests to use to get around on paved paths and there is parking for the golf cart at the beach!! Great playground at the Clubhouse for the kids. Great for large families. Balconies on second and third floors for adults to relax on. Property is gate protected.
