Travel a short distance to Charleston or Savannah for low-country charm or stay on the island and relax in the charm and warmth of the unchanged natural island setting. Shop in one of the many outlets just off the island. Take a sailing cruise, parasail, or sea kayak through the bird sanctuaries and estuaries that abound.
Bike and walking trails throughout the island allow you to travel without a car. Your local travel agent can supply you with brochures about the wonders and secrets of the island.

With over 1400 square feet of modern townhouse at your disposal, your stay in luxury is almost guaranteed. Relax on the deck overlooking one of three pools for your use. Or... do a short-short walk each day to the beach. Your pet is welcome on the beach with only a few restrictions.
In the high season, you may walk and play before 10:00 a.m. and then again after 5:00 p.m.; the rest of the year is much more lenient. Or... you may want to play tennis on one of the courts within the complex.
A short walk or bike ride takes you to Coligny Circle and all the amenities it affords. Like charming coffee shops and bakeries that make the morning walk or ride an adventure. You are close enough to three wonderful food stores and shopping centers that you can bicycle if you desire.
Wake up to the sun shining on the pool and a mere ten steps away from your deck. Plan golf outings on more championship golf courses than you can play in a week. Relax inside after a wonderful day on the beach with a TV and VCR in each of the three bedrooms and a TV/Stereo surround-sound/CD/VCR player in the living room.
Prepare any meal you wish in the complete kitchen with all the amenities of home and then some. Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice Maker, Disposal, Blender, and much more. Eat in the dining room or be casual at the bar stools that line 12 feet of the open pass through between the kitchen and the living area.
Free local phone service and cable TV in each room of the house. Always be comfortable in the central heating and cooling system. Washer/Dryer conveniently located next to the master bedroom. Linen and cleaning service available at nominal fees.
Pets:
Pet friendly (dogs, birds, and caged animals welcome). One of few pet friendly rentals available on all of Hilton Head. Pet fee included in rental fee. 40% deposit required with reservation. Advertised 100 pound limit on each animal; do not hesitate to ask about your 101 pound lovable Lab. All necessary proof of recent flea and tick treatment, to be current through the rental period. Current rabies and kennel cough vaccination required for dogs.

Additional Rental Terms:
*25% discount for one month or longer contract (fall, winter, spring only). No discount in summer months.
*Rentals Saturday through Saturday.
*Minimum stay - three days in the off-season (November through February) and one week the rest of the year.
*Dates available - year round.
*Deposit and Payments - 40% deposit with reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in along with a refundable deposit of $500.00(separate check).
