Our Villa Features:
Over 1400 sq ft at your disposal, your stay in luxury is almost guaranteed. Wake up to the sun shining on the pool - gate entrance is 4 steps from our porch! Or... do a short-short walk each day to the beach (0.3 miles). Your pet is welcome on the beach with only a few restrictions. Tennis is available within the complex.
Prepare any meal you wish in the complete kitchen with all the amenities of home: Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice Maker, Disposal, Blender, and much more. Eat in the dining room or be casual at the bar stools that line 12 feet of the open pass through between the kitchen and the living area. Relax inside after a wonderful day on the beach with a TV and DVD/VCR in each of the three bedrooms and in the living room.
Free WiFi, phone service and cable TV in each room of the house. Always be comfortable in central A/C. Washer/Dryer conveniently located next to the master bedroom. Linens are provided.
Pets:
One of few pet friendly rentals available on all of Hilton Head (dogs only). Pet fee of $75.00 non-refundable. Advertised 100 pound limit on each animal. Please provide proof of recent flea & tick treatment, to be current through the rental period. In the high season, your pet may walk and play on the beach before 10:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.; the rest of the year is much more lenient.

Hilton Head is the perfect vacation spot. All the activities you may want nestled into a relaxed serene island setting. No over development and flashing neon signs to disturb the peace and quiet of the beach atmosphere you desire.
A short walk or bike ride takes you to Coligny, which has coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. You can walk or ride your bike! The Piggly Wiggly is located in Coligny and their is a Harris Teeter or Bi-Lo close by. We are located 3 blocks from the entrance to Sea Pines, where golfers can play signature courses.
If shopping is on your agenda, stop by the new Tanger Outlets located just off the island! Prefer to sail or cruise? Take a dinner cruise, parasail, or sea kayak from Harbour Town or Shelter Cove Marina. Or, travel a short distance to Charleston or Savannah for low-country charm or stay on the island and relax in the charm.
Additional Rental Terms:
*25% discount for one month or longer contract (fall, winter, spring only). No discount in summer months.
*Rentals Saturday through Saturday.
*Minimum stay - three days in the off-season (September through February) and one week the rest of the year.
*Dates available - year round.
*Deposit and Payments - 50% deposit with reservation. Credit Cards excepted thru PayPal w/3% additional fee. Balance due 60 days before check-in along with a refundable deposit of $250.00(separate check).

We fell in love with Hilton Head in 1996 and have been coming for vacation every summer since then. It is a great family vacation with so much to do! We have developed so many wonder memories on HHI and want to continue building on those over the next few years!
