As to the unit itself, it is a two level oceanfront townhouse overlooking the pool and ocean. Living room features a full-size sleeper with a television, VCR and entertainment center. There is also a full-size kitchen with a regular-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave - eating out is great but it's nice to have a kitchen when you just want to stay in. Master bedroom features a king-size bed with a television & stereo and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a television. Additionally, having two bathrooms makes getting ready for the wonderful restaurant and nightlife of South Beach a breeze!
The Shelborne is between the renown Delano and Shore Club hotels which are known as the favorite hotels of stars so celebrity sightings are an everyday occurrence.
The location of the property, corner of Collins and 18th, makes getting "there" instant. You are about a five minute walk to the Miami Convention Center, four minute walk to the outside shopping and restaurant mall known as Lincoln Road, six minute walk to the night club strip on Washington, seven minute walk to the ever famous Ocean Drive - so having a car is not really necessary! Additionally, you are a quick fifteen minute cab ride from the Miami International Airport or thirty minute from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
