This apartment is located rue d’Assas, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. It is 100 meters away from the Luxembourg Gardens and the French Senate, close to Saint Germain des Prés, in the very heart of Paris. It is one of the most attractive locations in Paris.
This luxury apartment of 260 square meters (2800 square feet), on the fourth floor of a splendid 19th century Haussmann building, is really something: it is full of light and very quiet as well as incredibly roomy, luxurious and well located.
The whole place has just been renovated. Double French windows open onto a 45 meter long wrap-around balcony with many flowers and plants.
There are a huge living room, a very large dining room and an independant office. It sleeps a maximum of 10 in four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a large double bed, one bedroom has a small double bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds.
One of the room is also equipped with a crib and another room has a small single bed of 180 meter length. There are three bathrooms, two of them equipped with an ample shower cabin and the third one with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. A computer with high speed Internet access is available.
A home maid will come one hour a day except on weekends and when she is on vacation!(it will be noticed before your coming). If needed, I can arrange for a baby sitter.
I want to share my apartment with people who will love and cherish it as much as I do. I'm living indeed with my family in this apartment during the year and I let it during some vacations. So you will really feel at home!
