Magnificent 50 square meter apartment, looking out onto the classified courtyard of a historic 17th century residence, "The House of the Three Gardens" There are two entrances, one from the Rue Moufftard, and the other from the Rue Tournefort. "La Maison des Trois Jardins" is in the oldest and one of the most picturesque areas of Paris, next to the Place de la Contrescarpe where Hemingway once lived. A mere 100 meters from the Pantheon, its within easy walking distance of Notre Dame, the Boulevard St. Michel, La Sorbonne and the Jardin du Luxembourg. The area has a village type feel with its pedestrian streets and old stone houses. The Rue Moufftard is famous for its daily market and traditional French restaurants.

Situated on the first floor (with lift) the apartment has a spacious and luminous living room, a bed room, a bathroom with bath and water closet, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living area. The rooms have very high beamed ceilings, and the three large French Windows look out onto the courtyard.

The apartment, entirely renovated in January is absolutely calm with a stunning view. The double bed (160 by 200) can be separated into twin beds, and the extremely comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a third person. (140 by 190).

This refined and charming apartment with all mod coms, is suitable for two to three people.

    • We had a wonderful time at Rue Mouffetard. The apartment was clean, had beautiful high ceilings, and everything else we would need for our stay. The neighborhood was really nice and we enjoyed walking around and visiting the shops, restaurants and markets. Henri was very helpful in giving us advice about our stay and answering all of our questions.

    • Absolutely terrific. A great convenient location. A fun bustling street, yet an extremely quiet apartment. Wonderfuly comfortable, elegant and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again... and again.
