Public boat ramp is within 1000 feet. 6 bedroom home: 5 king beds and one queen bed. Upper level: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen, fireplace, laundry room, family room, TV, covered deck. Lower level: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, mini-kitchen with sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, wet bar, two family rooms ,TV, covered patio with gentle walk down to lake. Rental Fee $1595 plus cleaning/maintance fee of $100 - weekly rentals only (No pets - no smoking) Home typically rents out several monthes in advance due to repeat renters.
