RENT FROM THE OWNER! The Complex is located at 27800 Canal Road Orange Beach, Alabama 36561. The complex is called The Mooings, unit #313. This unit is very nice with 2 elevators and the unit is updated with all the amenities you would need. The unit has a very nice King Bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. This unit will sleep four adults. This Complex has a very nice Pool and Hot Tub you will be able to enjoy. The Complex is located next door to the Sportsman Marina and near Docks Buffet Seafood Rest. The directions to the unit is take the Foley Beach Express Toll Road when you go over the toll bridge you turn left and you keep going until you come to the intersection of 161 and Canal Road and from that red light you go about 2 miles down Canal Road and The Moorings is located on the right. Look for the small sign. It is located just before the Sportsman Marina. It is has a security gate for entrance. If they get there and it is raining there is an assigned parking spot number 30 so you can come and go with out getting wet. If you want directions from Gulf Shores then when you come over the bridge you take a left go to the red light and turn left and go to the dead end and go right and go about 10 miles and the Moorings is on the right. It has a beautiful view of the marina and of the Bay and the pool is wonderful.
We have two other units at Sugar Beach #50471 2Bed/2Ba Sleep up to 6, #58244 1Bed/2Ba Sleep up to 6. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while in one of Two lovely affordable condos with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.
These units are clean and they are checked before and after you leave. We look forward to having you as a part of our yearly rental family.

We've stayed at other units in this complex before so we knew what to expect. This unit was well stocked and very clean! The owner was very easy to contact and great to work with -- very simple rental process. One big plus, combination lock on the door so no key to lose! One thing to keep in mind, the bedroom is in the back of the unit next to the entrance door so there is no balcony or pool view from the bedroom but a great view from the living area and kitchen. Overall a great unit for a one bedroom. We would consider staying there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was our first time to stay in a condo and we really enjoyed it. It was very nice and clean! We loved the view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the marina! My boys loved going to the pool!! It was also nice to be able to have clean clothes to take home instead of going home and doing all the dirty laundry after vacation. Also to be able to relax and enjoy our Spring Brreak where it is nice and peaceful here. The next time we come we would love to stay here again!!!! Very enjoyable stay!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed in this unit while our grandson played baseball. could not have been more pleased with everything. when we walked in the door it smelled clean and looked immaculate. everything is decorated beautifully and up to date, beds are very comfortable, stainless steel kitchen (wow!) great balcony overlooking a huge pool and the marina. Wonderful experience!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
