This charming home borders Nip 'n Tuck Farm. Airy open design. Antique wood floors, hand-crafted doors, old beams, Italian tiled floors. Screened porch and a very private deck. Outdoor shower and private back yard. Upstair bedrooms have window seats that overlook Nip 'n Tuck Farm. This is a custom built house with nice wood furniture. You won't believe this house is a rental. I have many return customers. Two miles to beautiful residents only Lambert's Cove Beach, 10 minutes from the ferry. Our many guests find it hard not to return. Sorry, no pets. FERRY TICKETS AVAILABLE.

This is a beautiful calm beach in a cove. It is for West Tisbury residents only. A parking permit can be obtained easily for $50.
There's a pharmacy, grocery store, post office and take out restaurant at this location.
There's a small farm that has horse rides in the season. The fields of the farm wrap around so the backyard of the house borders these fields.

We love spending our vacations in this property. In fact, four generations -- from my 96-year-old mother-in-law to my youngest granddaughter who is 4 -- love it. I believe we have stayed here for 10-15 years at least. A great house with all the amenities, backyard for kids and easy access to main roads. I would be happy to answer any questions about this State Road property. And Mae Deary, the landlord, has always been very cooperative.

Our family rented this house in West Tisbury for a week in the summer of 2011. The house was lovely, well laid out and decorated with very good taste. It was very clean on our arrival and appropriately equipped. The location was very private and near enough stores for easy shopping. I would highly recommend this rental home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
