The Villages is an active adult community with an incredible array of activities and events for you to enjoy. There are 24 golf courses and eight country clubs plus two town squares featuring live entertainment nightly. More golf courses and country clubs are planned in the near future, and a third town square is schedlued to open in 2009. There is also tennis, swimming, biking or walking on manicured trails, pickle ball and more. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and happy hour starts early!
Our courtyard villa, located near the Nancy Lopez Country Club and an adult pool, is professionally decorated by Southern Lifestyles and is completely appointed with everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing lunches and dinners at home. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and walk-in shower with a seat, and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom with tub and shower. Sheets, towels, pillows - everything is here that you'll need!
A golf cart, equipped with headlights and turn signals, is ready for your use, on the golf course or around town, day or night.
High-speed DSL internet service is provided, as well as a wireless modem. There are three TV's with VCR's, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, and a DVD/CD player, too. The livingroom TV has expanded cable.
Soak up the sun on the private patio, or enjoy the warm breeze in the screened-in lanai. Use the outdoor electric grill for dinners and entertaining!
