This nicely decorated unit has a lagoon view from the deck. There are two queen size beds and a sofa bed that sleeps two. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
Tennis courts and pool are offered in the complex. Three golf courses are nearby including Harbour Town Links. Miles of bike trails are also available.

The villa was exactly as described. The property is very clean and well maintained. It was a fantastic place to stay. The owner was very thorough answering the questions that I had about the property. There is a Trolley stop within walking distance (I am not a walker and I could do it) which opens all of Sea Pines up to you. It is much easier than fighting for a parking place at Harbor Town. I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a one bedroom in Sea Pines.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
