This was a great apartment, very clean, organized, and well equipped (we had everything we needed), washer and drier worked fine. The shower was clean and spacious. I loved the modern look and high end touches and decoration. It was super convenient to have free wireless internet access and free phone calls within France and to the USA. Both the main bed and the sleeper sofa were super comfortable; I used them both. It was a total of 4 people in the apartment and the space was just fine for all of us. The location was convenient but did not love it only because I would've liked it to be closer to the main streets or attractions; however, if I had to stay there again, I would definitely do it. Thank you for such a great service and value! I will use rentparis again. No hotels for us! Kelly, Miami, FL

RentParis was so great to work with during our 12 day in Paris. Due to the Iceland Volcano that disrupted European air travel for almost a week, we stayed in 2 RentParis apartments. We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. It was very clean, well equipped and quite comfortable. We had our 2 kids sleep on the sofa bed, which really is like a real bed. The apartment is somewhat small, but so well organized that its size wasn't an issue. The washer/dryer worked really well and the shower was luxurious. We loved staying in the Marais; it was convenient, but not too touristy. Especially compared to a hotel room(s), this apartment was a real value. And, given the unpredictable travel situation we were in, we truly appreciated RENTPARIS' flexibility, helpfulness and hospitality.

We looked at so many apartments online and are very happy we chose 35 Rue de Montmorency. What a great find! The rep who greeted us was very helpful; got wi-fi hooked up to my laptop; showed us how everything worked. The sofa bed was perfect for our 2 daughters ages 8 and 10 (and very comfortable); the bedroom was very nice and quiet (though the pigeons showed up every AM outside our window like clockwork - perhaps an anti-pigeon device could be put on the window sill). The apartment is well appointed, comfortable, modern and chic.A few minor things need tightening and repairing (a screw here, a lightbulb there) but nothing major. We easily walked to the central attractions and loved the 2 close-by metro lines and interesting neighborhoods to explore for dining and shopping.

Sexy and modern clean apartment with all the desired equipment (who wants to watch tv when in Paris?). Representative friendly and helpful. In close proximitly to lot of tourist attractions. The bycicle hiring system worked fantastically for us - never even used the metro. Do try that. Will definitely recommend this apartment.

We loved the apartment. It was very well appointed, comfortable and most importantly, quiet at night. We stayed with our two year old daughter and she loved it as much as we did. The 4th floor walk up was a little tough with stroller, groceries and kid, but totally do-able just be prepared. The location is great - not directly in the louder, lively part of the Marais, but close enough to walk to with ease, and we loved the quiet street at night. We would certainly recommend the apartment to friends and hope to be able to rent it again soon. We loved the flexibility and comfort of the apartment, and especially appreciated the very helpful team at RentParis. They were very professional and timely. They made sure we had a crib for our daughter, and helped us navigate with taxis and had recommendations for bakeries and restaurants. They were great. We would not hesitate to book with them again.

A real cosy and very central appartment in Marais. The boulangerie infront of the house is perfect too;-)Althought the appartment is in the middle of Paris, close to all the touristic parts of the city and in the maybe most noisiest area in whole Paris, it is very quiet and perfect for a stay.Everybody who knows the Marais, knows about the loudness during the night...if you don´t like to be part of the party people and normally sleeping during the night, you will be lucky..cause you can do in this appartment. The equipment of the flat is very nice...and comfortable. You got everything you need. I will note this appartment for my next stay...surely coming back.

The apartment is in such a great location. Being on the #4 Metro line was very conveinient as we arrived and left through the Gare du Nord train station and we could easily get to any place we wanted in the city. We were able to easily walk to most of the big attractions and see so much of the city. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. Although it can be a little snug for 4 adults it was well worth the price. We would not hesitate to return here again with 2 or 4 people. Wendy Denver, Colorado, USA

The apartment was in a great location and very well furnished as well. The representative was friendly. I and my family spent 10 incredible days there. We'd stay there again for sure! Just one negative : We miss our wel-come bottle of wine.
Owner response:Yes, but you had a nice discount ;-)

Alberto
