This condo is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. First of all, it is located less than 5 minutes from Disney property. All this without the crowds and traffic you would expect being so close to Disney. (Their shortcut to Disney worked every time!!!) Second, is it's location in proximity to the highways and interstates that serve the greater Orlando area. We were in Orlando not only to go to Disney but also because my daughter was competing in AAU Nationals. The proximity to I4 with minimal traffic made for quick trips to our tournament site (Orange County Convention Center) each morning. The third locational aspect of the condo is it's location within the Windsor Palms property itself. This 1st floor condo is located within a 2 minute walk from the Clubhouse, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, swimming pool, basketball court and a nice shaded picnic area which included 2 charcoal grills. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It came fully stocked with both bath and pool towels as well as a myriad of pool toys that my daughter truly appreciated. (For those traveling with small children, there was also a crib, high chair and stroller.) I would highly recommend this condo for families of all ages as its first floor location makes it easy for children, seniors and those with physical challenges to gain entrance. It was a wonderful place to retire to after a long, hot day at Disney or a long tiring day watching volleyball.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had my mother and a friend (both seniors) with us and the accommodation proved to work out great. We all had our own space and it was easy to cook a few meals together. Rob gave us great directions and also some good tips on restaurants which made our stay very enjoyable and EASY!

Rob& Becky, What a great place to stay for a family of 6 with 4 teenagers!!! Plenty of room. We enjoyed your place for 8 nights. Great location to pool and game room. Only 15 minutes from Universal and just a little over an hour to Kenndey Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Cocoa Beach. Would highly recommend Cocoa Beach!!! What a beautiful place!! Thank you so much, Rob and Becky, for allowing us to share your beautiful condo. It had everything we could possibly need and felt like home at the end of our long, fun days. You are wonderful hosts. We also really enjoyed the pool that was only steps away from the condo. It's location to Disney was great too. We can't wait to go back!!

My son was playing in a soccer tournament at Wide World of Sports over Memorial Day weekend and we stayed at the condo. It was awesome! It was easy to get back and forth and we had time to relax when we weren't at the fields. We took advantage of tennis courts, pool and the movie theatre while we were there and this is definately the place to go on vacation. We skipped the parks ths time because we've been there so many times so it was great to have other things to do at the condo. We will definately stay again. My husband wants to buy one just like it. :)

I can't describe what a wonderful stay we had at the Mullen's condo. Usually one of the biggest problems with going on a "big" vacation is that you get home more tired than when you left. That didn't happen with us here, because each night we felt like we were going home. It was that relaxing. We would take a break between visits to the parks and attractions and just hang around the condo, swimming, playing in the game room, watching movies in the small theater, or sleeping in late in the big comfy beds. Not only did we love it, but our three young kids gave it a huge thumbs up also. What a wonderful place. Thanks Rob and Becky!

We took our 3 teenage boys to Disney this year (the week following Thanksgiving) and the highlight of our trip (besides Space Mountain) was staying in this beautiful condo! We enjoyed the tasteful decorating which was soothing after a day of park hopping! We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts which were all just a few steps from our door! We even reserved a showing of "Christmas with the Kranks" in the movie theater and hooked up with several other families we had met at the pool! With 3 TVs all hooked up to cable, our boys were in heaven!! The location was a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, but no more than a 5 minute drive to the parks! An excellent way to enjoy Disney, Sea World, Universal...or Orlando in general! Thanks, Rob and Becky, for allowing us to share your blessing!!

We stayed here for a week and a half from the end of April through the first week of May. We stayed at Windsor Palms in the past so we knew we wanted to stay again. Rob and Becky were very helpful from the time I booked thorough the end of our stay. This condo overlooks the tennis courts and is less than a 30 second walk to the pool, playground, and movie theatre. Although it's close to everything, it is still peaceful and quiet. In all honesty, one of the highlights of this Disney vacation was the comfort of the beds. We never slept on something so comfortable and as soon as we returned from our trip, we ordered the same exact one in a King! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We stayed in this condo for the month of February and we enjoyed every moment. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We enjoyed being on the ground floor and a short walk to the clubhouse and it was roomy enough with all the amenities of home to make it perfect for an extended stay. We especially enjoyed the location. It is is a quiet area away from the tourist madness but close to all activities and all the great restaurants in the area. We are planning a return stay this coming winter. Thank you to the Mullens.

This is a brilliant place to stay while in the Disney whirlwind! A short cut gets you to the Disney parking lots in under 10 minutes, yet the development seems tucked away in another quiet state. Rob and Becky's condo is at the quiet end of a very well maintained property and is a spacious, relaxing, and economical alternative to the Disney resorts. We got tired of eating out and the kitchen was well stocked with everything(but food, of course) that allowed us to make a couple of great gourmet meals, pack lunches and make good breakfasts. The pool was lovely and warm, with other interesting guests and owners from around the world. We felt very secure with the gatehouse and very friendly staff. Everyone told us we'd really be missing out by not staying on the Disney property, but it was actually a huge relief to be able to get away from the noise and crowds after a long day in the parks. And with a washer and dryer we went home with clean clothes! We'd rate this a 10 and would definitely stay here again if we can back to Disney.

My husband, daughter and I rented this condo for 6 days over Thanksgiving, 2004. Rob and Becky were a pleasure to deal with. The unit was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and conveniently located not only to everything within the complex but also to all the major central FL attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a wonderful place to stay while visiting this area.

We loved this condo! We have stayed in many condos in the Orlando area but this one by far is the nicest. It was very tastefully decorated. We can't wait to go back during the summer so we can enjoy the pool and the kids loved the playground. Both are only steps away from the condo. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Rob & Becky!
