We keep our condo updated with the things we want to enjoy while on vacation - all the conveniences of home while we are away - the HDTV, surround sound, the internet, are among the things we enjoy at home and want to have while we are away and have time to relax and watch a movie, surf the internet, etc. Listening to the surf while sipping coffee on the balcony and watching the waves is a perfect escape!

We just returned from New Smyrna and had a great time at your condo. It was clean, comfortable, and enough space for our family of five. The ocean front location was wonderful the drive free private beach was exceptional and was not crowded at all. Grocery stores and restaurants were all close and convienent. We especially enjoyed the calm relaxed atmosphere of New Smyrna. No running around every second we had plenty of family time and beach time, just what we came for! We will definately come back next year. I do believe that New Smyrna Beach is our new favorite beach location. Thank you for sharing your place with us. :)

We stayed here March of 2009 and it was perfect for all four of us. My wife, and two boys who were 6 and 4 at the time enjoyed this amazing condo. The extra room with a bed in it was perfect for the boys and the decor of the rest of the condo was great too! Great views of dolphins and a friendly community of locals. We will be back soon and highly recommend!
