You have a spectacular view of the beach from the balcony, living room, and bedroom. There is a full tile shower and the entire condo has tile floors. You can dine at the breakfast bar or sit at the bistro table by the window and view the Gulf.
The bedroom has white wicker furniture, King Size bed, also you can read or watch the 26"flat screen cable TV. The condo is an end unit on the 4th floor of a 6 story building. There are two additional windows in the condo and a longer area on the balcony for your chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets. There are laundry facilities on each floor, elevators, stairwells and covered parking. Also a beautiful pool steps from the beach.
Sunset Beach has a wide beach. Within minutes you have access to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, churches, antique stores, flea markets, a quaint downtown, golf, tennis, etc... virtually any activity you desire.
Sunset Beach, Treasure Island is 30 minutes from Tampa, attend sporting events; visit Busch Gardens; historic Ybor City for dining, shopping and clubs; Channelside for the Florida Aquarium, shopping, clubs and dining; hockey arena for hockey games and concerts; visit trendy Hyde Park for shopping and dining. Just 1 hour from Sunset Beach, visit Disney World, Sea World, numerous shopping outlets and restaurants.
