These Lovely, Historical vacation homes were built in 1920 and have been in our family since the early forties. We have recently completely renovated these homes in the vintage vogue of victorian cottages. We have 2 cottages on the same lot, so they are right next door to each other. The PINK house is a 3 bedroom that sleeps up to 8 guests and the GREEN house is a 2 bedroom that sleeps up to 6 guests. These can be rented separately or together for larger family groups!
These marvelous cottages are located in Downtown San Antonio, also 10 minutes from Lackland AFB, adjacent to the well known King William Historical District, in an area known as Riverside Park. You will be staying exactly 1.3 miles from The Riverwalk, (with it's fabulous shopping opportunities and delectable restaurants)

Why the Owner Chose San Antonio
These homes have been in my family since the 1940's. My father and his identical twin brother grew up in these houses. I bought them from my mother when my father passed away in 2001, because I wanted to keep them in the family. We finished the complete renovation of the PINK house in 2004 and we just completed the renovation on the GREEN house last week. These homes have just be re-zoned "Riverwalk" and the area where they are located is undergoing a complete rejuvenation. It is so very exciting to be a part of this!
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
These homes are unique, they are decorated in a fun and whimsical way. They are very near the La Villita entrance to the Riverwalk and are utilized very often for families visiting San Antonio to attend Graduations at Lackland AFB.
