Enjoy a new home with quality designer touches, large bedrooms and plenty of baths. Perched on the side of the hill, you have unobstructed mountain views from every room. Our three-level home has a master bedroom for privacy on the upper level (queen-size bed) with both a shower and whirlpool in its bath. A bridge connects to the loft with a sofa-bed (double-size).

The main level has a great room with living room, kitchen, dining room, and a powder bath. The lower level has a bath, den with sofa-bed (double-size), one bedroom with two twin beds, as well as a third bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own private bath.

There are many anenities. A gas grill is on the deck. The satellite TV, CD, and DVD has surround sound. Bring your own movies or you can rent nearby. You have a full kitchen with pots and pans, plates and flatware. Furnishing are mostly mid-century modern originals, but all the beds are band new, hotel quality. This is a unique home that your family will be guaranteed to remember.

Located in the Heart of Grand County, we are at what has just been renamed Granby Ranch (the former Sol-Vista and Silver Creek). Sol-Vista is great skiing for families with small kids and first-timers. Of course, there is all the skiing anyone could ask for at Winter Park just 25 minutes away. In the summer, this is a golfer’s paradise. The Inn at Silver Creek with bar and a very good restaurant is just down the hill, a City Market, (a new, large grocery store) is 1 mile, and Granby is about 3 miles.
