Villa en Paraiso is a recently completed hillside villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The villa is just 300 feet from the ocean and right around the corner from the well known eco-resort, Costa Azul in the charming fishing village of San Pancho. San Pancho is a friendly village about 35 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport.
Villa en Paraiso is over 4000 square feet of classic Mexican architecture. Upstairs there are three generous, air-conditioned, bedroom suites with private baths. Two bedrooms have balconies with a view of the Pacific Ocean. Downstairs is a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and a spacious living area with entertainment center including satellite TV, CD/DVD player, phone/fax, and high speed internet connection. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The living area opens to a wrap around covered terrace overlooking the pool area and ocean. From there, step down to the pool area with a large 12 foot by 24 foot pool with jacuzzi. A custom gas grill complete with mini fridge is a great place for grilling the local seafood.
In the evenings, watch the sun slowly sink into the Pacific Ocean from the lower terrace.
For extra privacy, the air-conditioned casita has it's own entrance from the outside as well as the pool area. The casita has one large bedroom with private bath, a well equipped kitchen, dining/living area, and terrace with wonderful ocean views.
