Our vacation was fantastic and the wedding on the beach was beautiful. The house was amazing and the pool was great. Nemo and Judy were great. Thanks again for all your helpo in making this trip a success.

What a fantastic week. It was all we had hoped for and more. The villa and casita were perfect for our family. Virtually everything was flawless, from the pick up at the airport by Daniel at Diva Tours, the wonderful mexican meal put on by Nemo and Elizabeth, the pool, the weather. San Pancho, a delightful town. All of our kids made it down and it was a spectacular family gathering. The villa is so well laid out for a crowd, the casita was perfect for the young family with babe. Our older grandkids loved the pool. The dads we able to muster up a few waves one day in San Pancho. Thank you for doing a great job maintaining such a delightful spot. Our kids are already talking next year

We had an okay stay there. It was not very well-appointed given the price. For instance, the jacuzzi is freezing cold. Lots of little things were not in great shape. For half the price, I'd be delighted to stay there.

Owner response:We have had over 150 families stay at our home over the past 4 years. We have never had complaints as registered by the "Alex" and "Judy" (same group). They are not valid and they have misrepresented our home. Dozens of testimonials will happily be provided upon request of any prospective renter.

Be aware that pool and spa are not heated. Water in showers was tepid at best. Plumbing needed repair on three occasions during 10 day stay. Walk to beach is steep and treacherous for older visitors. Staff was courteous and helpful. While there, located elegant equivalent home on the beach for half the cost. San Pancho is delightful to visit.

Owner response:1. Pool and spa are not heated nor were they respresented as such. It is Mexico. 2. Walk to beach is neither steep nor treacherous. My 75 year old mother carries her chair to the beach every day! 3. Water is very hot. Discription as "tepid" is nonsense. .

I couldnt disagree more with the other 2 reviews. We had a great time and stayed in the perfect place. You have done a fabulous job of design, décor and landscaping and the view is spectacular. We all loved every minute. Hope we can do it again soon.

I just wanted to let you know we had a fabulous week in San Pancho! What a beautiful peaceful town and what an amazing house! I hope to go back someday. Thanks for all the info and advise. We didnt make it to all the restaurants but the ones we tried were terrific. We go addicted to Maria and Nemo's cooking!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time and the house, the location, everything, was perfect. Laura met us at the plane and took our luggage to the villa. They were very gracious. The villa is beautiful and spacious. The pool was enjoyed by everyone. The covered terrace worked well when we had enough sun. The view of the ocean and accessibility to the ocean was great. The casita worked well for our son and family from Prague. Thank you for sharing your villa with us.
